So, I've been working in Pinellas County a few days and decided to get a sandwich from Subway and like always, Subway sandwiches are prepared right there in your face so you can see the freshness of the ingredients as your meal is being prepared. The staff member that prepared my sandwich was very respectful and extremely polite. She took her time and made my sandwich exactly how I had asked. Subway is always delicious and going to be my go-to spot whenever I get hungry at work, which is all the time ?.

I’m normally never leave a review but honestly I have never been to a subway that has made more mistakes than this place. They are constantly forgetting the drinks and giving the wrong chips when ordering and that’s not even to mention the atrocities that are the sandwiches they make. Just take one look at the photo I attached and see it looks like a 4 year old made it ??

When we walked in the girl behind the counter, looked at us and rolled her eyes. She never said hello just what do you want after I ordered she never said thank you or enjoy your meal or anything when we get up to leave she never said goodbye or acknowledged us. If you don’t want people in your restaurant, then just put up a close sign. It’s a lot easier for everyone involved the employees who don’t wanna be there can stay home and the customers who want quality service can go somewhere where they’re receiving quality service.

This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to, and I’ve given it four chances. Every single visit, the staff makes you feel like you're a bother, not a customer. The bread is stale and hard—so bad that it actually made my gums bleed today! When I ask for the sweet onion teriyaki sauce to be mixed with the chicken before heating (like they used to do), they just stare at me like I’m crazy and don’t even try to understand the request. It’s beyond frustrating. I’m officially done with this place. The owner should be ashamed of the service and quality here. With so many better options in the area, do yourself a favor and avoid this location!

I always order from this particular store. I love the sandwich that I always order from here. The employee's are courteous and professional.
However, there is one close by to where I live, but the sandwich doesn't
taste as good. It's worth the short trip
by car.

I popped in this location on Saturday.ONE person behind the counter and a huge lunch rush.The young lady was and always is awesome. She always greets me with a smile and makes my sandwich perfect. My low rating is for corporate and management failing their customers and employees. This was not the only time I have came here and seen rushes with one employee.

Ive worked near this Subway for 4 years and they just continue to go downhill! That chicken salad tasted like it was made a week ago! I threw away a whole sandwich. Sad because I used to eat there a few times a week!! $10 literally in the trash!

Nate was terrible. He was rude to me and my family, and rude to his coworker Triniti. She asked for his help and he refused to help her. He was also very preoccupied with whatever was going on with his phone. Triniti was great. She was sweet, patient, and kind. She was the shining star of this situation. Also, the bread is overcooked and crunchy. Usually it's a lighter color and soft. This subway definitely needs a manager intervention.

I placed an order for pick up. When I got there, I was told they were out of tuna and almost all cold cuts. They couldn't cancel my order because I paid online. I wrote the store, and the owner replied, placing the blame on corporate. Why did they take my order if they didn't have the ingredients? Why not just call me so I don't waste my time. They had all my contact info. They could have offered a free sub since I couldn't cancel and had to pick something I didn't want. I won't go back.

The customer service in this place is terrible, the man who served me has a very bad attitude and is rude, it was only with me that I saw that he was rude to the other people who were ordering their food.

0 Stars given..I will never portranize this place Again, first of all, management is there with the employee. He has a bad attitude just as she did (Wendy). Her hair is long and blonde. And it was hanging in the way while making food. I told her Shouldn't your hair be pulled back? It's in the way while you're making people food. She tells me sorry and proceeds to take her hand with gloves on it and push her hair behind her ear. I say ilk, that's nasty. Change your gloves. You're fixing people food, she gets mad. Snatched her gloves off in the garbage. And I proceed to tell her you could refund me my money 'cause that's nasty, you shouldn't touch your hair, then touch people food no telling what else they're doing when you're not standing there, watching them make your food. Then I open and check my other 2 sandwiches because I didn't get a chance to see them make those and the manager kept hounding me. Am I good and I told him I'm checking my sandwiches because she just made the other 2 and her hair is too long in the way and I wanna make sure nothing is in my food. He gets the attitude and walks away. Then come back. I had to tell him I know i You're gonna let me check my food carefully and make sure nothing is in my food. Leave me alone, sir. Y'all should have hair nets on anyways. A customer shouldn't have had to tell you that. Shut this place down!!! Board of health. They're ridiculous here! I will stick to my regular restaurant location not 66st no and 20th ave no crosswinds!! This is a no go people, please don't order online at this restaurant. Go inside and watch your sandwich be made. There nasty here.
