Unfortunately this Subway doesn't accept coupons/deals that are advertised online. The employees, although very nice, don't speak much English so it's very hard to communicate with them to see if they do take any deals like the BOGO subs that were advertised a few weeks ago. The topping of veggies that you get are also very sparse (I'm talking 3 banana pepper slices and 4 slices of black olives when you ask for lots of each...). The meat is also all bologna-looking and has a terrible taste to it- not at all what it used to be. Publix has MUCH better subs for much better prices and you can get tons of topping when requested for no extra charge. I miss the old Subway.

I went subway today and my sister and I went to the restroom, while my mom I stood in line waiting for them to take my order, then another person came in and they decided to take his order first then mine, after they were finished i went to order cookies, then I saw a broken cookie a made a joke about it and the man took the cookie and took it to the other half and gave me the hard broken cookie on purpose.

This is, like others in the reviews have mentioned, the cleanest Subway I've ever been in. Veggies and everything were stocked up, and well, including the sauces. Fastest service I've had at a Subway as well. There was a new girl (didn't get her name, but she did very well for her first or second day there) and I was quite impressed with how she handled how busy it got in the short time I was there. She was very attentive, a great listener, and was patient with me. The people there with her training her seemed like they were happy to have her there, which was refreshing to see at a fast food restaurant. I got my usual sandwich, which was the rotisserie style chicken bacon ranch sandwich on the Italian herbs and cheese bread.. (I'm lactose intolerant, and the bread is all I can manage to handle, so I get no cheese on the actual sandwich, haha).. didn't get pictures due to the rain today, so if and when I come back, I'll make sure I update my rating with photos.. also got a white macadamia nut cookie for my man.. definitely recommend this location for any Subway.. best service I've had at one in a few months, and they change their gloves after each customer, which is nice as well. It's rare you see that at places any more.
Dietary restrictions: Like I mentioned in my above rating, I'm lactose intolerant, and they were attentive when I mentioned no cheese on my sandwich.
Parking: Small lot, since it's in a small strip plaza.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have one parking spot for wheelchair access right in front of the store, which is convenient for people who need it.

Ordered online through the app. Store claimed they never received my order and even after showing them my receipt and proof of payment, they refused to make my sub. Had to then pay for the food again and have still not been refunded for the online order. Terrible service, never using this location again.

Very disappointing visit. We had coupons and they would not allow us to get one of the sandwiches we wanted, even though it was NOT one listed as an "excluded item" on the coupon. We've gotten the same exact sandwiches on a coupon at this location before without a problem, but it was a girl we've never seen before. They were also VERY skimpy sandwiches. We've never had a problem at this location before, but this employee made this visit very unpleasant and disappointing. Hopefully this isn't the direction they're moving in.

This is by far the CLEANEST establishment I have ever stepped into. As I walked in, there was a staff member sweeping, and as I approached the serving line, it looked as if this location was built the day before. Everything was clean and in mint shape, kudos to the team there!
By far the cleanest Subway I've ever been to. It looked like a television commercial was going to be filmed there. The photo was taken at 12:20 on a weekday. It was busy but still very clean and organized.

I just relocated to this part of St Pete and decided to try the subway closest to me.i was not impressed in fact not happy at all. I will not be going to this one again. I ordered a tuna on white roll took home to eat the roll was stale. First time that has ever happened . I did not have time to take back as I was on lunch break.
