Veggie sub was awesome, veggies fresh and bread great!! Service was excellent and our sub was packed with veggies. Tried the new "Churro", was ok, eat it while it is hot!! Tried the new "Pretzel", not impressed! Both items appeared to be frozen and then heated in the oven.Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh veggies!!

I’m not sure why its necessary to throw ingredients on the sandwich like we’re not gonna have to try and pick it up & eat it after.The carelessness and lack of friendliness will deter us from being back.

Tried to order 2 footlongs and 1 six inch. Was told I could not order more than two subs without pre-ordering on their app, otherwise it will “hold up the line”. Store was entirely empty. Ridiculous. Went to another subway down the street and they made my huge order of 2.5 subs fine.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this is the last time I will visit a Subway. $17.11 for a meatball sub with a bag of chips and a large drink. Not worth the money. Remember $5 foot longs. This is simply absurd charging this much now.

My kids like this place, and we hadn't been in a while. The people that worked there last time were really great. The lady working tonight however was not. My son and I were kind of stunned by it. Before we opened our mouths she was visibly angry. It was really awkward and we were perhaps overly polite for fear of triggering her, but it didn't matter. She raised her voice several times when taking our order, and was so hostile we were just confused. My son ordered a sandwich that came with x,y,z already on it, and he asked to add something (kind of scared at this point of her reaction). She was so exasperated she slammed her hands down on the counter and said that we had to read out what came with it, as 'she doesn't memorize the menu' (which we were happy to do of course, as her back is to the menu, but it wasn't really fair to be so mad that we also did not know the contents of the sandwich by heart. I kind of assumed if any of us would know what was in the sandwiches it would be her). This went on until the last minute of the transaction where she tutted and huffed and puffed when we ordered the accompanying drinks, slammed food into bags and at the end said almost sarcastically 'have a nice night'. The whole thing was really nuts. I get that you can't be happy all the time, and service to customers is hard, pay is bad etc. But it was a really horrible interaction where you felt like a villain for trying to buy stuff. Weird and sad.

Food wasn't bad though I'm not sure why she hand shredded my spinach into tiny little pieces...But what really worries me Is the fact that when she finished making my sub I had to stand there for several minutes while she scanned more then a dozen coupons opened the register to remove cash, scanned more coupons took more cash out.She made us wait while she did this 3 or 4 times before she told me how much my order cost.(for the food she finished several minutes ago)When I asked is everything OK? She just ignored me because she was counting all the cash she took out, and put it in a pile behind the register.Not sure of any good reason to scan coupons and "remove" money from the register, but it might have something to do with the multiple New Ring Cameras installed right above the register lol

Food was made properly and in a cleanly manner however the lady making my sandwich ? rudely corrected me and explained to me I have to lean the number system because they are going to start training people and they are going to teach them the number system. Like what? Just listen to what I'm telling you to put on the sandwich it's not hard. A smile or and little glimmer of joy would be nice.

I just walked out. The black female who apparently hated her job as well as hates the people who come to order food as I asked for a fresher bread she said that’s all she has then slaps my tuna sandwich together after putting half a bottle of mayonnaise on it. When I went toPay all I had was a 50$ dollar bill she said she did not have change, I left and got Change came back with a 20 then she said she could not give me any 1$ bills cause she needed them. As she turned around she went on the other counter and pulled out several 20’s 10’s 5’s and 1’s she had well over 100$ in change then she shorted your drawer because she obviously doesn’t care. This is a horrible place to eat and horrible staff who does not care about costumers or the quality of product they put out. I will never go back and will never tell anyone to eat there as well as put this message on every platform. ( I am not an angry ex employee! I never write reviews but my experience was so bad I took time out of my day to make sure that I can keep as many people from that subway as I can!!!

I ordered 2 sandwiches online for pickup and it said it would be ready by 12:25 and it’s not 12:37 and we are still waiting people who I’m watching have pulled up and they all walk out. At the moment I still don’t have my subs.

Sign says under new management. Went in and ordered my sub #23 and it was made perfectly to order. One person was visible. Was there not long after they opened and I used the washroom which unfortunately had not been cleaned since at least the day before. Garbage can was overflowing with paper towels and the sink and floor was not clean. Because of that, score was lower but the sandwich artist very friendly and engaging. Food was good/as expected.
