I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my recent visit. I stopped by around 7:30 p.m. to place an order, but unfortunately, the interaction didn’t meet my expectations. The team member on duty seemed disengaged and didn’t acknowledge my greeting, which made the experience less welcoming.
I chose to visit your other location on 9th Ave N and 49th St instead, where I was greeted warmly and received excellent service from the staff there. The difference was noticeable and very much appreciated.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because I truly believe with a bit more focus on customer service training, all your locations could consistently deliver the same great experience.

Has roaches and rats. 2nd time this location has given me food poisoning. THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE PREPARING FOOD. Stop eating here, not worth it.

Went in on Sunday 4/6 at 11:30. The people behind the counter wouldn’t even turn around to greet me let alone act like I was standing there. They need better help or at least people who care a little about their jobs. Sad how rude people are now. Will not be back and it’s literally down stairs from my apt. Don’t waste your time.

I don't know who worked in there today (FEBRUARY 18 2025) but my 2 sandwiches I ordered online for pick up at 6 were not satisfying, I asked for extra everything, definitely was not executed. Plus things were missing. And it was not busy in there. So what happened? It's back and forth with this location, one minute the sandwiches turn out great, next time it's bad. It's like if your not there supervising them they'll just not give a damn and won't do it right.

I have given this store try after try after try and they ALWAYS mess up the order! Should be ashamed of the product that they send out the door! The recipes are simple as someone who worked for subway for over 10 years this is absolutely unacceptable!
