I give a ZERO. Hard to give good customer service when the two employee's couldnt understand English! I said TWO sandshiches SAME & She made one looked at me and said anything else? The guy there came & made the 2nd one who understood English even less! I repeatedly asked for Vinegrette packets and got NONE! was so flustered I forgot! These people do not deserve $15p/hr definitely NOT!!! No worry I will not be returning for this location CLOWN SHOW. UGH.

Staff was very kind but hours later the food ended up giving me an upset stomach. Some of the veggies did not look like it was in code. As if it was sitting there for a while. Product needs to be switched out every so often. Doesnt look like they are rotating the food, so i can only imagine how long the lunch meat was sitting there. Subway needs to ensure employees are changing old product for new.

The gentlemen working tonight had a very bad attitude and slammed my food on the table when It was done.
Menu pricing is wrong, I ended up paying over 3 dollars more for a sandwich that already comes with double meat, you ask for extra this or that and they’re skimpy about it. Out of random basic things like iced tea, will be finding a new location and never coming back.

We will come only to this location from now on. All other locations, 4th st & 34th st are nasty & the employees are rude. This location is always friendly, the veggies are always fresh, and they make the sandwiches cleanly, not just throw it together.

New franchise owners lack knowledge of how internet orders are processed. Their people skills are based on that the customer should be thankful that are providing food! I like the fact that another Subway is only 1.5 mile away and thankful for customers.
