I walked in tonight around 7:45pm and the woman working in the store was extremely rude to me. She was yelling at a customer that wasn't wearing a mask. She yelled at me too. The gentleman was asking for a written copy of a scientific medical study that proves that masks actually protect from viruses. He said a medical study that is peer reviewed. She couldn't provide it. I watched the whole thing. Never in my life have I seen a worker treat customers so poorly. Totally rude. I'm telling all my friends to never come here. Stop being so political and uphold the Constitution.

I've been here a few times and I always love it. They have a wide variety of mini cakes and other desserts. I like their "hook up" concept where you can pair a mini cake with a beverage shot either alcoholic or non alcoholic. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The staff is so incredibly rude!! They are not wearing masks like the front door required, the counter top where you pay and collect your box of stuff was filthy. Not a good look on a Friday night in DTSP. Skip this and find dessert somewhere else!

A really cute coffee shop with a sweet and patient barista! It's accessible if you work in the area. Didn't take too long, we just had 4 separate orders. Their little pastries looked amazing. My coworkers got some lemon ones and they flamed the top with a torch--yum!

Updating review from 5 stars: Before COVID, we went here almost every weekend. It was our FAVORITE dessert spot. The cakes were always delicious and the staff were such a delight. Unfortunately, only the cakes have remained delicious. We just had the worst experience. Definitely reconsidering its spot on our dessert list. There are no public bathrooms anymore. The employee told me I could use it if it was an emergency and I needed to let her know which one I used. I've never felt more uncomfortable using a bathroom before. Especially when access to a bathroom is legally required. The staff were generally unfriendly and it felt like we were bothering them. It was such a negative experience that we wondered if ownership had changed. Such a disappointment.

I was asked to bring a dessert last minute and I decided to give this place a call as I have walked by this location a million times. I called when they opened and placed and order for pickup. I wasn't sure if they would have the variety of cupcakes they had listed online but they had each kind! I asked for a box of 36 minis ($74) and they were a hit! Not only were they fun but they were moist and delicious! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Many small sweets that can be paired with a drink. Service was great and they have so many options to choose from. The cupcakes were bite size and super soft! Perfect mini dessert but these are small portions in case you are really hungry!

This is one of my most favorite local stores in the Bay Area. Not only are the food & drinks amazing & fresh made, the staff & owners are so friendly. This place truly goes above & beyond for their customers. It is a dog friendly shop & they serve little pupcakes which my dog loves. Everything I've tried here is made from scratch with love. From the sliced cakes & cupcakes to the OMG good banana cream pie, you can't go wrong. Most importantly they've done everything to keep their customers and staff safe during covid. They prioritize people & their safety over profit which is truly remarkable. It was the first place I visited when I was able to go to a store during covid. Thank you guys!

I was a little disappointed. I got a 8 pack and tried a variety of flavors. All of them except for 1 were dry. They did not taste fresh. They are extremely over priced and not worth the hype!

No doubt their cake is fantastic. I haven't been here since COVID-19 started. So, I didn't know they walled off their restrooms. They still have tables, serve food and drink, but reportedly because of COVID-19 they made their bathrooms inaccessible to the public. I thought it was illegal for food establishments not to have restrooms in Florida. Maybe the rules are relaxed during COVID-19, I don't know. Certainly though, lack of access to a restroom can have a daunting effect on the enjoyment of your experience!
