Usually on point when D'Angelo is running the show during fourth meal hours, but I just placed an ONLINE ORDER (meaning no possible "lost in translation" scenario available through the drive-thru ordering process) and it took me FOUR times (1 order and 3 returns to the restaurant) for my order to be made right. What's worse: the fourth time I returned, the shift manager, "D", was requesting that I meet him inside to settle the discrepancy, obviously threatening violence. He went on to tell me that he didn't care about me, the company, or his job, and harassed me as if *I* was at fault! I live blocks away from this Taco Bell, but if this is the quality of food service AND customer service I can expect to receive from this location, I'll take my business elsewhere. From my experiences, Andre runs a tight ship during these same hours at the Taco Bell at 5th Ave. and 34th St., and he's actually turned past adverse scenarios from careless mistakes into devoted future patronage through his customer service and conflict resolution skills. I just waited 25 minutes for my order while seven people got theirs, who ordered after me. No employees were at the counter at all; all were in the back. One girl asked me three times for my name and order and finally had them START the order 20 minutes after I ordered on the touch screen. This is ridiculous, not coming back.

30 minute wait for 5 tacos?? How can this be considered fast food. They didn’t even acknowledge the line of customers in the front, just kept making random orders for delivery and joking about how they messed them up. This was so bad, i’ll never come back to this location, potentially even leaving Taco Bell in the past since they cant do the one part correctly. RIP fast food.

I tried the new chicken bowl, the rice was either overcooked or undercooked. Whichever it was, it was crunchy. And they had no fire sauce. Other than that no complaints.

Gross. They clearly don’t care for their jobs, don’t bother giving receipts, won’t confirm the order, I had to repeat my order at the window a few times because I kept finding missing items. I should have looked closer, most of it was made incorrectly or were incorrect items all together.
