Absolutely the worst fast food place I've ever visited. We went on a wed.right around lunch time. . First off, no one at register u needed to use a kiosk, which wasn't corporating. Finally , et a manager to assist. Order get food , half the soda dispensers don't work, ate in go to get silverware empty, napkin holder empty. Food cold. Go to use the restroom. Those large rolls of toilet paper ( u know the kind that get locked) looks like it was thrown in the restroom, laying on the floor. Toilet not flushed with clear view of other people's #2 waste. Toilet clogged. We never ever go there again. Never! So disgusting. It was like no one ever cleaned up the evening before.

Genuinely horrified that this was the lettuce inside of my black bean crunch wrap. I have never seen such terrible quality produce from a Taco Bell. Such a waste of money.

i live down the street from this taco bell ive been going here since i was a teen im now an adult , anytime i got food from here it was always made correctly and no complaints from me, everyone else in the reviews are being so harsh about the waiting and incorrect order etc but with me im a understanding person , you never know how someone day is or what they are going through even when people have stuff they are going threw they show up to work and get things done so what if the order isnt made perfectly correct thats why you cant go out and get fast food and then complain about the small stuff when you could have simply went home and made you lunch or dinner,why go out and get food and then when something isnt exactly perfect to the t you complain 🤣 i mean come on just make your own food and meals and you wont have to complain about the food being cold or taking to long to be served ,anyways im done with my little rant all i wanted to say is i like this taco bell and ive never had any problems with them 🙂 also side note my order usually is about $11 to $13 it isnt to pricey depending on what i buy i usually order but i think they have affordable prices for their food items😊

Working out of town in St Pete, and not really used to getting fast food(usually cook myself), so didn't know the lobby was closed. Didn't want to drive my truck over for drive-through, so walked over. One associate informed me that the lobby was closed, but Harold stepped in and said to proceed with my order. He also explained that they keep the lobby door open for services such as Door-Dash. At any rate, I feel that Harold went above and beyond for the customer, and with absolute hospitality. He took care of me though I arrived about 30 minutes after lobby closing time. He gets 5*s, not the other guy. That guy gets 2 at best. And I specifically asked Harold his name so I could submit this review accurately. There were some other things going on that I won't go into because corporations don't tend to understand, but Harold showed his love for his community.

Stopped after work Friday for dinner with the work week being long and sick, just wanted to grab dinner and be done but no, after waiting to order they asked to wait in the mobile spot but they were taken. I waited next to the door thinking they’ll be right out. Then an employee comes out and asked me to move. This is why I was in the line to avoid having to park in a lot that has no room to then wait 10 more minutes to see a women park bring a big bag back in and then 2 minutes later she comes without a bag and the drive thru guy then brings my big bag ,odd. I hope like meds they do not hand food over that someone else touched. Once home, only 5 min away the tacos soggy, Mexican pizza smooshed as it was at the bottom of the bag , burrito had no sour cream and items not hot. I spent $48 for this drama. Truly terrible, know I know why I don’t like ordering from Taco Bell. I could have had better service, and food elsewhere for that kind of money

I ordered my tacos on a Wednesday night on my way home from boxing. Exhausted, I found the quickest easiest thing to eat. Tacos! In my years of experience, I expect my tacos to have some meet, a little lettuce, a couple pieces of tomato, and a few slivers of cheese. HOWEVER, tonight I received not 1. Not 2. But 3 perfectly fully stuffed hard shell tacos! All the toppings bursting out the top! I will give props when they are due, and the men and woman in this establishment gave me 3 amazing tacos quick and perfectly executed. Thank you!
