Asked for my hard taco to be replaced with a soft taco in the box deal, they replaced the doritos taco with a soft taco and left the normal taco in the box deal. Lowkey malicious, took forever too and wasn't even fresh. First Taco Bell I've been to that was this bad.

I get the veggie bowl often but the last two times they made it so disgusting.
They made the order wrong both times and gave tiny little bits of each ingredient. They also missed the purple cabbage the second time.
Normally the veggie bowl is good, I feel disappointed having wasted nearly $20 on these two veggie bowls.

I walked in before 11am to pick up a mobile order. The front door was FILTHY, the counter was FILTHY, the floor in the dining room and the kitchen were both horribly filthy like a Super Bowl party just took place. How was this place soo dirty this early in the morning, when i was the only customer inside. How was my food not dirty, when everything else was.

If I could give this location, a zero I would location address is as follows 3401 5th Ave. in Saint Petersburg, horrible horrible, horrible customer service given in the drive-through by Bella Ann Caucasian female, extremely horrible attitude through my money in my hand, slammed the drive-through window did not want to answer any of my questions. I have a daughter who is a diabetic and needed diet Pepsi. She gave me an attitude about that also gave me an attitude because I had a big bill, snatched it out of my hands and threw the money in my hand when I asked her for her name, she refused to give me her name. I then asked for someone else she threw the window slam the window in my face did not wanna give me another employee to speak to. I asked for a manager she told me she was the manager if she is a manager do not go to that location. She is horrible. Will throw everything at you. Throw the food in there just gives you horrible, horrible vibes and horrible customer service. Do not recommend this location at all nobody wanted to answer any questions so I will be calling corporate and I will keep pursuing this because peopleshould not have to pay 40 $50 for an order like I did and get treated that way again I do not recommend this location off of fifth Avenue north in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The most disgusting smell I have ever experienced in this place. We left after paying and threw the food out as the smell lingered in our car for far too long. I don’t know how they are able to stay open. NEVER AGAIN. We were planning on eating in but almost threw up waiting on the food. Shame on you. I used to love Taco Bell.

Absolutely the worst fast food place I've ever visited. We went on a wed.right around lunch time. . First off, no one at register u needed to use a kiosk, which wasn't corporating. Finally , et a manager to assist. Order get food , half the soda dispensers don't work, ate in go to get silverware empty, napkin holder empty. Food cold. Go to use the restroom. Those large rolls of toilet paper ( u know the kind that get locked) looks like it was thrown in the restroom, laying on the floor. Toilet not flushed with clear view of other people's #2 waste. Toilet clogged. We never ever go there again. Never! So disgusting. It was like no one ever cleaned up the evening before.
Because,tacos.
