Rude and incompetent workers. Messed up my order and would not make it right even though it was obviously messed up.. this is a picture of it and they said that's how it's supposed to look! Also with this order they put steak instead of veggie in my burrito and told me it's too bad, they're not going to remake any of it. The girl was digging in her nose and talking about spiders to coworkers instead of helping customers. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house and I go here all the time but not anymore.

Really excellent. I would say it is the best Taco Bell location in St. Pete. People are always awesome, food is put together with much more care than you would expect so it comes to you hot and looking like it is supposed to. I don't eat in because of anxiety but I've never had a bad drive thru experience.

I ordered 2 5 layer burritos got 2 bean burritos then ordered a crunchwrap and got it with beans instead of ground beef.. There was supposed to be beef on 3 items not just beans. No nacho cheese on any and they were Luke warm service from cashier was good

Food is normal Taco Bell food(good for my pregnancy craving lol) but the customer service is absolute TRASH!! Girl at the window is rude, rude at the speaker and then you still say thank you she just looks at you like you’re disgusting. If you hate your job then find a new one and definitely don’t work in customer service!

Many times when we come to get something late night (before midnight!) and they won’t take orders unless it’s on the app? Or there’s only one employee or some other weird reason. Sometimes sure I believe it but it happens so often I have to wonder? Zero reason a fast food place can’t do the one thing they are supposed to do. Serve food! Three stars because I’ve had much better experiences during the day.

Fast food for the drunks I'm driving home. Take care of your friends get them home safe and show them the taco bell wrappers on the morning because they won't remember going. Doritos Tacos and Deluxe on point. Great services at this location.

My burritos had black rocks in them!!! Like junk from the floor.....and a few times b4 the food made me sick...beginning to feel very suspect about the cleanliness of the establishment!!! I feel like all shifts need an inspection of their work ethics!!!

We had ordered caramel apple empanadas for a mobile order. They could have served us the old empanadas they had available but asked if we were willing to wait for fresh ones which we happily did! Service was fantastic! Rare to see in this fast-paced society.
