I’ve never had worse service at a Taco Bell. There are multiple around St Pete that are wonderful, but I avoid this one at all costs. I will pay extra for my Uber to take me here before I go home and then we will get to location and they will tell me they won’t make my order because they’re not taking online orders but I’ve already paid online. They’re very rude and super unprofessional. When I do get in line, they almost always make the orders wrong. I’ve never had worse customer service at a fast food restaurant in general. Avoid if you have other options

I ordered the craving box. It was fine, but 2am o woke up and started throwing up for half an hour. My stomach still bubbles . Do not eat here

Employees were polite and the food was fresh! While this Taco Bell is a little further but same amount of time than the one on 5th Ave N, it is better and is now my go to Taco Bell.

They did not have everything I ordered thru drive thru. They charged me for it but didn't give it to me it was a potato taco add beef no lettuce and just look at the tostada the way they represented it

The workers were cursing because one of them was not helping prep the food and there was a long line of customer. I noticed that my order was taken from a rep that was on a headset from his car and messed up my order.

Just went through the drive thru and the lady working the drive thru dressed like she works at a gucci store took my order and told me that the price for a 12 pack DLT is 49.99. I asked her why is the price different this time and she tried to tell me that’s the normal price. I decided to cancel my order bc she was rude and thought she knew it all. So I decided to go to the Taco Bell down the road to confirm that the reg price is 30.99. Sure enough the price was 30.99. She is out there scamming people with an attitude.

Did not even bother to take my food. The president of the drive through was very rude and is scamming. She tried to charge me -around $49.00 for a 12 taco party pack I came to the Taco Bell on the north side and the price is around $33.00

UPDATE: Taco Bell did better this time.
This time, they remembered my Crunchwrap Surpeme, and this time, I got two regular crunchy tacos to go with them instead of 2 Doritos Locos tacos.
I'm completely satisfied.

Went to this Taco Bell today and had to constantly say hello because nobody answered the intercom. I was the only one in drive thru so I drove up to the window and the worker was there to my surprise she said nothing not even hello how can I help you or anything. She gave strong attitude and was not friendly. This was my first time visiting and I never will again. This was an awful experience. There is no customer service. Don’t think anyone will even care about this review based on seeing the others and the owner doesn’t respond. The cashier’s name Amena by the way. It’s on my receipt.
