Paper straws is the fastest way to lose business. I have a giant plastic cup and plastic lid and a soggy paper straw. Never coming back. It's that big of a deal.

I was so so disappointed this is not the Taco Bell we all remember in love growing up it went downhill I'm sorry to say that but at the same time quality is down service was pretty good can't complain about that they were very friendly very professional but the quality I don't recommend it

I come to this Taco Bell for breakfast around the same time a few mornings a week , pulling into the drive thru knowing there open , I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes no response I drove thru the front and seen 2 of the workers just hanging out in the back . Awful

Food is good, but the would really rather not have to talk to you. I like personal service and hate the self-checkout. The team stood there until they realized I was not walking away from the counter.
I have ordered from this location multiple times. It’s convenient and right near my job, so I go on my breaks. They are usually super quick and awesome. I went on 12/4 to pick up an online order that I placed and already paid for. When I came in, the guy at the counter said they didn’t get my order, he didn’t know what to do and just kinda stood there. The supervisor was also unhelpful, just kind of yelling questions about the order from the back room. They didn’t offer to fill my order or give me a refund. I went through the online portal and still haven’t gotten a refund for my food. Was super awkward, unhelpful and I’m out of 15$.

I come to the drive thru often after work (midnight) & the ladies working there are always so sweet & kind! They never mess up & always going above and beyond. I’m telling you every time I get dinner after a shift it’s a wonderful experience.
