Five stars across the board! Ted’s is hands-down, the best seafood joint my wife and I have ever visited. Our server was fantastic, the atmosphere reminiscent of a bygone era of old Florida from 50s. The star of the show: the fish dip, smoked salmon, and Keylime pie! My coworker recommended this gem to us, and I would absolutely recommend it to any one. We will be back anytime we’re in the area.

This place has been around since my mom was a kid. I’m so glad I live right down the street from it. They give you so much smoked fish that I couldn’t possibly eat it all but the waitress was kind enough to give me all the accessories needed to make it into fish dip at home, for free. It was so delicious

We’ve been in the St. Pete area and heard about Ted Peters Famous Smoked Fish, so I had to try it out. We got takeout in the middle of the afternoon. One order of smoked mullet and a cheeseburger. My wife said the cheeseburger was fantastic. The smoked mullet was delicious, and the German potato salad hit the spot.
This place IS OLD FLORIDA. I can see why it has stood the test of time. Florida history is built on food from the water and smoked fish is an integral part of the history of Florida. If you are hungry and in St. Pete, go to Ted Peters, but bring cash. This is old Florida and they don’t accept plastic money.

You’re not going to find this in Google maps probably because they don’t pay for advertisement for a good reason, they don’t need it. The menu is sparse, but what they do have is the best smoked fish from fish dip to coleslaw to German potato salad the best food I’ve had in a little shacks Will recommend to anybody. Service was incredible. Locals have a gem. It’s a cash only location.

Love the vibe of Ted Pete's. This a great place to go with the friends and family after a day on the beach. The German Potato Salad, Smoked Fish Spread, Smoked Salmon and Smoked Mahi are all fantastic. Get a frosty mug of beer as a cherry on the top.
