The food is consistently good but the service is unfortunately bad more often than not. Because of that inconsistency, I gave them three stars. The salads are loaded with a flavorful vinaigrette dressing and the parmesan bread is yummy. The mushrooms and onion side dishes are delicious accompaniments to the seasoned steaks. Two thumbs up and a snap! Blue Rose, truffle butter oysters and chops for me! Steak is the main course for the rest of my family and Texas Cattle Company knows how to cook a steak. Our party can be as large as twenty and Texas Cattle Company accommodates the intimate two or a family as large as ours. Start with Happy Hour, the dinner, you're going to love it!

We had a wonderful dinner and a lot of fun thanks to our waitress. Chelsea has such a happy and personable demeanor that you can't help to have a good time! We come here regularly and have never been disappointed. Love this restaurant!
