It started out good but then parts of my meal were missing and when Jerome had his attention brought to the issue his attitude changed up and he got huffy and puffy and snatchy. It will be a long time before I decide to give them another chance.

Worst customer service ever. We got there 10:00pm, the hostess said it would be a 15 minutes wait, the place was empty, she came back 25 minutes later and said that would take them 5 to 10 minutes more to clean the table, we told her that she said 15 minutes and was already 25 minutes, she rudely said: "There's nothing I can do". We waited 10 more minutes for a total of 35 and she never showed her face again. We finally left. Suggestion for that employee... If you hate your job, just quit and go do something else. Suggestion to the management, make better employee selection.

Worst service I ever experienced.Bar tender has no personality, and ignores you. They weren't very busy and now I know why.Food wasn't very good and when we asked for extra condiments. She came back and literally threw the packets and containers on the table. Sorry to put you out.The bathroom was absolutely disgusting.Needless to say we won't be back, and recommend you stay away too.I only gave it a one star to post this,I wish I could give negative stars.

Good time always enjoy the baby back whiskey ribs! Great mashed potatoes and the Ultimate long island is the drink to order vs the regular LI it is worth the upgrade!!!!!Hubby always gets the bacon cheeze burger and loves it!

Have not been in a TGIF in 11 years in another state. The service - superb! Food - outstanding! Attendants and managers - wonderful, warm, and very personable. Great menu and drinks with very appealing new options. Hats off for great customer service. What a nice holiday gift. Thanks TGIF. I'm back but in this state.
