Simple, sweet and comfortable atmosphere. Very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff, and the owner/chef/creator of all delish Greek goodies is just as wonderful and friendly! I could not have enjoyed our late Sunday morning breakfast with dessert more than I did. I look forward to returning there soon!

Good local eats. Been here for years and portions are always more than enough especially breakfast.

I love the Burg downtown so I had to check out their diner as well! We got the Mediterranean Omelette and the Southern Eggs Benedict.

My son and I ate breakfast at the diner. I was visiting him as he just relocated to the area with the US Coast Guard. The atmosphere, food, and service were 5 plus! My son had the biscuits and gravy, and I had the mojo citrus pork omelette. The waitress introduced us to another North Carolinian, who now lives out of Asheville. He used to live in the area, and when he is back in St. Petersburg, he said he always stops in for breakfast! Highly recommend for food, atmosphere, and service! Will be back next time visiting FL.

We got there at noon and waited over 45 minutes for our food. It was not that busy. We were charged extra for fries and tots when it was supposed to be included. Very expensive for what you get and the wait time is ridiculous.

I have been to this diner multiple times, and every time was equally good. The food is fantastic and the people who work there are even more fantastic. The breakfasts are hard to beat, but so are the lunches. Today, I brought stuffed cabbage home for my husband. It reminded him of home. Well done, folks!

We had breakfast for the first time at the BURG this morning but was disappointed with the food. The home fries and omelette were dry. The bagel sandwich came with one tiny piece of Canadian bacon and that was an upgrade. Unfortunately the quality of the food did not match the high price. Our server was really nice and did her best but she was left alone to serve the whole restaurant which was small but busy. We also witnessed an employee from behind the bar asking a couple with a baby in a car carrier to move and this seemed rude and unnecessary. We will not be back again.

This is a great little hole in the wall joint! We love that you get a banana with your meals. The Cuban breakfast is very good!
They care about the food they serve and it shows.

The Burg always has the best burgers. Other sandwiches and specials, too. The service is friendly.

Someone needs to come into this small diner and deep clean.. the walls are covered in dust, there are food splatters all along the walls that you can tell have been there forever, it’s filthy! If you can’t clean your establishment, that’s not a good look. But the appearance is not the worst thing about this establishment the food is abysmal. The service and staff were very nice.

It's been a couple of years since I've been to this restaurant and I am greatly disappointed!
The waitress was moody and huffy when asked for something and once the check came, it was 30.50. I put my credit card up and she takes it, brings back an additional recipe for 1.22 more?
So what was that charge for? Was it for using a credit card, well some insight would have been appreciated. So ok, I paid, as for the service..no tip. I will not tip for a huffy puffy waitress that acts as if your annoying. As for the food, something has changed there too because it used to be much better.
Will NOT be returning.
