We have been to the Joint many times in the past. This visit ( 2/14 between 2-3 pm) did not , in any way, live up to previous visits. The waitress was poor, taking way too long to get to the table and long waits between drink orders and delivery. Out of 5 food orders , 2 were delivered cold. I had the loaded tots as an appetizer. They give you 5 large tots that were very good. Next I had fish and chips with cole slaw. Nice size portion perfect for lunch. Service was great and funny signs on the walls to read. Good place to watch sports.
This is a great Joint!! Food is delicious... Since we were here 2 years ago, the menu has changed a bit....for the better. The 420 Cheese sandwich is yummy, not on the menu but if you know about it; ask. We got it and it's as delicious, ooey-gooey, as always. I liked seeing steamed peel em and eat em shrimp as a non-fried, healthy option; very well seasoned and very good. The baked beans are tasty.
