All things cheese, chocolate and don't forget the entrees! This has always been one of my favorite places for any special occasion, birthday, or date night. It is a chain so you will find all locations (at least in my experience) are consistent in quality and experience. Be prepared for a longer meal if you are doing all four courses which include cheese, salad, entree and dessert! Each course is served individually as you only have one burner and share with your table. Be sure you are comfortable with the group you are with and don't mind dipping after each other because everyone will fight for that last scoop of cheese on a pretzel bread bite. Let's talk about this location specifically. Amazing. They run specials for various promotions/seasonal offerings which include discount prices too!! Make sure to follow them on social media (Facebook and instagram) and sign up for their fondue club to get the latest offers. Parking is ample. The space is huge so getting that reservation should be pretty accommodating. They have a full bar and do special happy hours that you can only get at the bar which is first come first serve seating. We were last there for restaurant week. They had a special menu and pricing which we found on their Facebook page. You can pick the cheese salad and chocolate from the preset menu or they allow you to substitute for no up charge to something else on the menu that you would prefer. The bourbon bacon cheese was wonderful. I didn't get much bourbon flavor from it but it was good nonetheless. Put the garlic salt all over any salad! It is amazing and you should buy one to take home too. The cooking times vary so you have to pay attention to what you are cooking but it's so fun and is an experience. Pro tip- shove as much green goddess in your mushroom cap as you can once it's cooked. It's going to be your new favorite version of a stuffed mushroom and I promise you will thank me. If you are super adventurous and love all their sauces, top it with a layer of the Gorgonzola. Perfection. The chocolate fondue comes out with so many dippers and the best part is you can get as many as you'd like. Same with the entree sides so don't be shy to ask!! I can't wait to return!

Recently went to The Melting Pot for a girls night and I had a wonderful experience. None of us showed up at the same time as we are all very busy. But as we trickled in, our waited was quick to take our drink and food order. I must mention that the menu does a very good job of designating gluten free options (celiac). The waiter was very knowledgeable as well and was incredibly accommodating. He even had suggestions as far as GF beer goes--it was quite good (Red Bridge). Most of all I had no adverse reactions to any of the food or drinks consumed. They even had gluten free dessert items (delicious brownies). I will definitely be going back--however remember that that person you share with must be careful not to dip any of their regular food into the shared fondue. I cannot express how pleasant my experience was and am so glad that there are so many tasty options available.

i've had a problem with the wait staff not wanting to serve close to 'end of serving' time the past 4 times i've brought someone here! and it's not even close to closing time!!!! they don't want to work, clearly. i'm in the service industry!!!! you work til closing! the manager just told me they are closed, and it's 45 mins til they close. all i wanted was a drink and cheese. this is bs! i try to come here at least once a month! you've lost my business. completely. i can make it at home. bs!

Had a huge group together for Valentine's Day and the good was soooo good! We were a party of 8 and service was so fast! Everything was delicious and we all had an amazing time! I thought the prices were very fair for how much food we got especially considering it was a holiday. I hadn't been to a melting pot in years and after this experience I'm honestly not sure why I waited so long to go back!

A perfect date night! Big shout out to our server, Tristan, who gave us excellent recommendations and was very helpful with all our questions and requests. We visited for Valentine's and enjoyed almost every bite! I loved the variety and tried a bite of everything. My favorite thing to dip in the prosciutto and asparagus cheese fondue was the pretzel bread, and in the mojo fondue it was the shrimp. Add a hint of that curry sauce, it's fantastic! The chocolate silk fondue was like having decadent, thick hot chocolate-dipped treats. The rice square treats and bananas were my favorites in the dessert. The only things I was not a fan of were the ravioli or the coffee. The lovers martini and the honey bee tea are both delicious and I would definitely have them again. Already looking forward to returning to try more of the menu!

This was my go to place after work, such a cozy venue like a ski lodge, i would have a drink and my favorite fondue. I have missed a couple of months and just went back last night and discovered that the menu had changed again, and now they no longer offer fondue for 1, only fondue for 2. I'm very disappointed as that is more than I can eat and the price has gone up. Also the year before they changed the recipe of the cheddar fondue, and it is not nearly as tasty or sharp as the previous one. So the only one I get now, or I should say used to get, is the classic Alpine.
Ryke was our server, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the food choices. Fondue was our goal. He surprised our birthday girl with a wine glass full of sweet treats. Food was great, service was smooth. We enjoyed ourselves through different courses of fondue for 3 hours. We got a visit from the manager, making sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyable evening

The waiter was awesome. The cheese and the main courses were not very good. Salmon was not cooked enough, but the dessert was amazing and helped make up for it. Wouldnt come back for meals but would definitely come in for the chocolate.

My family and I have been here over a dozen times, but this time it was just off. My waiter was training someone which was great and they both were super nice, but honestly i felt like it was a mission tracking someone down just for a refill on drinks alone and that was before our main courses came out. Allot of things were scattered.

Overall food was tasty but they have some small portions for salad s and fries. The kids Mac was not good. The sauce has separated off of the pasta as if it was over reduced and just not tasty, the kids didn’t eat it. The chocolate fondue was good but the flavors got muddled after mixing everything together. All the dessert components where tasty and totally store bought. This place is gimmicky, of course right.
