Not too bad. The pizza could’ve been cooked a little more but overall, pretty good. Garlic knots were good. Dined in so it took some time for the food but like I said, not too bad.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is, legit, the worst pizza I have ever had. It is worse than school cafeteria pizza. Don't let the other pictures of delicious looking crispy dough fool you... that is NOT what they are serving. This is disgusting.

Food took more than twice the expected time to prepare and deliver and then the spinach pizza had multiple wrong toppings. Daughter not getting the correct pizza ruined the whole family's $60 dinner for four.

Didn't make my pizza correctly. Actually admitted fault by delivering it with CASH BACK instead of the toppings! I DIDN'T ORDER THAT PIE! But I still had to pay the $35 for (ONE PIE).

This place has changed since the new owners and at first they kept the same recipe or should I say same cook. I no longer see the same cook and now the new owner Rita is cooking and she is using awful premade crusts with zero flavor and you can only order small or medium, they were out of Large pre-made crusts when I asked. Also Rita has terrible customer service and just runs around yelling at everybody instead of trying to help and fix the problem. I hate to see this place close again because we were so hopeful when new owners came.
Was there yesterday to pickup my order I made online at the allocated time 645pm thru the slice app. Found out my order had been given to someone else. They would not make the pizza at that time so I asked for a refund of the monies. The kids were attending the area and i feel sorry for them. I talked to the owner and she tried to make amends for the mistake but she seemed to be talking in french to the kids that were trying to help me out. Not good to talk in a different language when there is a customer there. Not a good business practice to follow for a new owner to follow. I finally after an hour or so got my credit and had to find a new pizza place to bring to the event I was attending. Will give them 6 months to get better and try it again. This was the worse experience I have had in a pizza place.

This place has great food but since the new owners have taken over service has been not the best someone with real business experience needs to help these people because their location is great the food is great but doesn't seem like they know what they're doing the older lady isn't helping yelling at everyone the kid is doing his best but he's a kid hope they get their stuff together

Awesome wings and great service! And the meatballs are out of this world. They are waiting on their beer/wine license to be approved. But with the awesome food, who needs alcohol?

I give two stars for the experience. The wings were excellent and deserve five stars. But, I will not return to Tikani’s because of an annoying child who took our order. He yelled across the floor what our drink order was. During our time there he was loud and obnoxious. Needless to say my friend and I were the only guests in the restaurant. If the owners do not take care of this situation, the new owners of this once buzzing restaurant are doomed for failure.
