1st and last time going to this location. The girl at the front saw that I came in and continued cleaning. I had to go up to her and say can I order. smh. my smoothie tasted horrible and food tasted off. I will stick with going to the one on 34rth st n in st. pete. food and service is good there

The night crew is really messed up. Don’t say you’re welcome rush you at the line to order. Just absolutely terrible customer service.

My wife and I walked in on 8/14/25 to get two smoothies. They were actively painting inside. I asked if they were open and we were met by a man who said yes. As he was taking our order he was bleeding from his ear/ earring and had a napkin and a hand over it. After he took our order he threw out his napkin on the counter with the blender lids, did not wash his hands and proceeded make our smoothies. As he was making our smoothies he was leaning over the counter food items with a bloody ear. My wife and I decided not to drink our smoothies and throw them out next door in the firehouse sub garage.
It was a waste of 18 dollars but I did not want to risk getting sick over their lack of food safety.

Im in shock that this is a tropical smoothie. The employee did not greet me when I said hello. I had to say hello twice and stare at her to ensure she heard me that time. She didn't seem to want to be there. I really wish I didn't stop in at this store. It felt dirty and after seeing these reviews, Im wondering why they are not trying to train their employees to do better. I will not return to this store.

Manny the shift manager is One of the most positive people I’ve encountered the workers here as well. This location is my favorite.. I’m hoping that they’re making plenty of money here because they do a great job good customer service goes a long way along with quality products thank you Manny and all of the other workers at this location.

The manager and employees look just as dirty as the store. Their line looks filthy, employees touching food without gloves, coughing over the food. I wish I could rate them a zero, none of them know how to talk to customers, just rude as hell.

Spoke with Chase today and asked for a manager. Chase told us that he refused to tell us anything or give the manager information to concerned customers. We asked numerous times he said that he wasn’t going to do anything to help us. We previously called in and he was very rude…would not take our order over the phone and told us to come in and make an order. I spoke with Tyler for the name of the manager he said Janiquia was the store manager and she comes in during the afternoon. This is all we asked for from Chase…Chase continued to argue back and forth with us STILL. There is a huge area of opportunity for him. And he still didn’t take our order therefore we left due to the fact that we both had to work and didn’t want to be late. Very disappointed with the treatment from this location and Chase.
