Upon entering the store, I was the only customer there but it still took almost 15 minutes to receive my order. I paid for ginger but my smoothie had no ginger. I could not even taste a hint of ginger, even when I got to the end (as I know sometimes the blending/lack of blending will cause it to be stronger than other times). I order the sweet potatoes all the time from other locations and noticed a huge difference in portion size. My container was barely filled with 7 sweet potatoes. I asked one of the staff if the portion size changed, as my container was almost empty. He stated he will get me another one. A few minutes later the other staff member, who originally handed me my order brought back out the same container with 7 sweet potatoes and said that was the correct portion. I said no, this isn't acceptable, as I paid for a premium side. I told him I accept the new portion size but I will not pay $1.49 for 7 sweet potatoes and I will gladly accept a refund for the premium side and take chips. He walked away from the counter, without saying anything (just a sigh of frustration) and returned with a container of sweet potatoes that were the normal portion I am customed to.

Ordered smoothie and salad. However driver didn't bring the smoothie. Called driver to go back but refused. Owner had to run after him for forgotten smoothie but he had drove for delivery of salad only. Frustrated and angry

Gone down hill. Service is so slow and takes forever despite no one being in the establishment . Ordered online one time and then walked into the establishment and told them we had an online order upon entering. We were the only order they had. They made the smoothie then proceeded to never give it to us and gave other people their orders that came in after us. Never told us it was even ready and we waited 15 minutes - 20 minutes for one smoothie, that wasn’t even fully blended.
