My cashier somehow managed to ring up several additional items / not even in my cart..... then I had to go stand in a customer service line to the door - with only 1 person working the counter , while everyone else stood around .... to get my $$ refunded!

This walmart never answers the phone unless you let it ring 50 times. Then if they answer they transfer you and hang up on you. It has happened so many times. Not sure if you consider that customer service.

This is the smallest of the Walmart Supercenters in St. Petersburg. The one on 34th St S is much bigger and carries more products. This location nearly always has panhandlers in the parking lot.

I wish I could give this place -10 stars! Omg, never will come here again. It's not a safe place. The kind of people that shop and hang out here are bad enough, yet during the Covid crisis, this place does not enforce social distancing and the people here have no regard for it! Small store, poorly stocked, most items were not available. Store is a mess. While waiting in the very long lines, I watched people walking out with stuff in their hands that they had grabbed and not paid for... Of course, we know there's nothing you can do about people like that, so they know they can just walk in and grab what they want and take it and walk out with no consequences. We were all directed to head out one particular door off the front after checking out, and some folks in a car parked loading/blocking the door, forcing people to back up shoulder to shoulder to try to get out of the store. Dangerous! There was no way to "social distance" in this store, nor was it enforced. People constantly walking into us and into our space. In attempting to exit the store and seeing that we were blocked in a crowd right next to and very close to many other people, I mentioned something to the people who had their car pulled up at the one very small exit area, and the inconsiderate man called me and f'ing B**** and then kept hollering at me threatening me as I walked to the parking lot. BEWARE if you attempt to shop here! I'll never go back! The management of the store should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Bought strawberries and halo oranges on 4/15. Upon eating the strawberries I noticed the ones in the middle were molded so I threw them out and ate a couple halos.. Today 4/18 I went to eat a halo to find the middles ones were completely molded.. mad as hell I rushed to walmart to get my money back to arrive and find out due to covid19 they will not refund me for the molded FOOD! So I told the supervisor and he confirmed that I can't get my money back! Ok fine with me thieves keep the $5 and the $5 I spent on those strawberries. They will make a killing doing this to people! I told the supervisor of the front to have someone check their produce so no one gets sick from moldy food like I could have and he said they are under staffed! Good luck shopping here!!! Check your produce throughly. If it is bagged and boxed DONT BUY IT!!!they don't care bout our health or pockets!!! An if anyone says they are essential workers cut them slack.. I respect essential workers that are WORKING. Not the ones there just collecting the check putting me at risk! I don't wanna leave any stars but it makes you

Review for their curbside order pick-up Desperate times call for desperate measures. My household has been taking safer at home very seriously. For this reason we have made the decision to avoid public spaces like grocery stores altogether. We were in a pinch and really needed to restock on some necessities. After some research it was concluded that Walmart's pick-up service would be the best route for this. Walmart's pick-up service is completely free, very timely, and extremely efficient. They give you the option to get "alternatives" if the things you order turn out to be unavailable. For some items (La Croix) I was more than happy to do so, I ordered coconut and it ended up being swapped to a pamplemousse (not mad). Other things however the idea of a swap made a me a little uncomfy (almond milk). When you put in your order you have several hours to adjust (add, opt in for swaps etc..) The pick-up process was easy. If you use the app you simply click "on the way," after arriving you park in numbered spot, and then enter that number. Within moments someone was at our window to confirm our order. Since you pay online it's completely contactless! They then load your groceries into the car for you, you don't even have to open the trunk! I was disappointed to see they were not wearing gloves. But I am so grateful that these employees are working quadruple hard right now to keep us all as socially distant as possible. KUDOS to these folks. Basically I totally recommend the Walmart pick-up order service. I can't speak to the quality/variety of product you get (I did get a bag of apples (we go through soooo many apples) and I have to be honest: NO, not worth it, stick to the pantry goods).

Terrible. Go somewhere else. They never have what they claim is in stock. They mislabel areas of the store.

I tried calling this Walmart prior to going and they just kept answering and hanging up without even saying a greeting. It was very important that I spoke with someone. I needed to know if I could bring my dog with me to see if she fit in an airport backpack. Guess they just done care.

This is definitely not high up on the list of Walmarts I've been to (and I mean it's Walmart, what do you expect). There are multiple broken down cars in the parking lot, with heavy police presence outside. I've had many issues with items not being priced correctly, which sometimes adds $5-10 to the final bill. Everything is so cheap that it's not a huge concern, but this has happened every single time I've come here. You end up paying more than the listed price. However, I'll add one star for the fact that it's still way cheaper than Target or Publix and close by to downtown St Pete.

Don't ever buy their Great Value Cottage Cheese! It's the WORST! Had to through the entire 16oz out...it was THAT bad.

I went and tried out a Walmart, finally wanted to really see the store and everything they sell, I have been to other locations of Walmart, but never actually shopped and purchased items until today. This particular location had no garden dept., not sure if some do and some don't now a days, or how that works? I asked an employee where the cosmetics are located, he said far back right of the store, well that was TV's and electronics, turns out the cosmetics are towards the left side of the store and a bit hidden, the selection was very good BTW. The shampoos and soaps also have a good selection and something for every price point. I was told all my life that Walmart sells walls, I so happen to need waterproof drywall called Wonderboard, its what the pro's use to build custom walk-in showers, I asked a lady who works there and she had never heard of Wonderboard or even drywall for that matter, so Home Depot and Lowe's are still the go to places for building supplies, I still don't know if some Walmart's sell drywall for walls or not, but this particular location do not. The selection on fruits and veggies was quite impressive, I ended up buying more than I went in for. The employees were fairly friendly, they also have a cop standing at the entrance inside who watches over the store, so it felt extra safe to shop here. There is no self checkout, so lines to pay for your items were long and took a bit of time, it seemed like every person in front of me had some sort of coupon issue, so the cashier needed a manager to override each coupon and even though there were 3 people in front of me, it still took more than 15 minutes for it to be my turn. The area is a bit ghetto, leaving the store I was approached by two men wanting money, all I had left was a couple quarters and they wanted more, besides from the panhandling in the parking lot and long lines, its not a bad store.

Only a good place to run in and pick up a item or two and check out. There is no self check out station. Lines are always long. Some items are not available at this Walmart. Only one entrance in and out. Very hood!

Shopping for items that you need is easy. You ask were something is and they bring you to it most of the time The store is pretty good except for the long lines at the register. Also the deli there chicken was dry and looked like it was out from the day before. Mac n cheese was the same. When you ask for fresh chicken you get told that's it or don't buy it! What a joke. Great customer service there. Back to Publix for deli items
