If I could give a negative stars I would. The greeter at the door was so helpful but once you passed her everyone had an attitude. The goal of this visit was to purchased some prefilled 5gallon water jugs. I was sent all over the store for bottles that did not exist. I spoke with 5 customer service representatives. All of them were clueless and I kindly asked each employee for guidance about the location of the water bottles and it was as if I had just asked them to hang the moon. Unfortunately 2 of the Walmart reps probably didn't even know what the moon is...because they claimed they didn't know where water bottles would be located or if Walmart sold them. Horrible experience.

I have tried 9 times to call this store. 8 times, no one answered. The 9th time I was transferred to a department and the line was busy! Someone needs to wake up and get their phone system working. However, I doubt they read these reviews.

This place is terrible and the customer service is a complete joke. Hard to get anyone that actually cares about the job they have chosen to do. I get it retail work sucks and customer suck but dang would it kill you to at least fake like you want to be helpful.

So, there is nothing like pulling into Walmart Automotive with a slow leak in a tire with my wife and two year old daughter and being turned away by a kid (mid 20's) only to be told he is shutting down early 5:45 pm. There wasn't a car being worked on other then him and his associates car in the parking lot. He said sorry he couldn't help and sent me on my way. Only to pull around back and find the attached photo of him and another Walmart auto employee working on their own personal vehicles. Nice training program Walmart.

The person at the front did nothing to ensure people were going in with masks. In fact, the woman in front of me didn't have a mask on and rolled right in without any issues. Inside, many people were additionally not wearing masks, and most who were had it at their chins or under their noses. Never going back to this Walmart. They don't give a crap about community at all--way to be a disease vector. Makes sense. Walmart only cares about sales anyway.

ST# 5218 South St. Petersburg, Fl Sunday 10:00 A.M. 3-28-21. Store was cluttered with inventory. Trash all over the parking lot. Door person at North end of store was rude to us. She leered at me and then snatched the receipt out of my hand. Another employee asked me about the skin cancer on my nose. Have they heard of the HIPPA Act? I will never return to this Wal Mart store. We have two other Wal Marts that are a little further away but much better service.

Terrible Walmart! It's dirty, there are never enough registers available for customers, and the shelves are poorly stocked! Walmart is going downhill in terms of company standards.

Zero if I could - just for the auto dept. 2 techs (used extremely loosely) on a Saturday morning & as a 64 year old I could have worked either one under the table. I had a 9am appointment & didn't get out until almost noon with only 2 of 4 tires installed. One guy did (1) oil change & STARTED to install (1) tire in that entire time. Useless as tits on a bull.

I went in here for a quick snack and use the restroom. Mission was accomplished. Employee had me order and pay on one of their self-service machine. Lesson learned.

I ordered online from this location. I parked my car where it said online pick-up and called the number as instructed. The item said it was ready yesterday afternoon and that I could pick it up by 9/3 and today is 8/28. The man on the phone said they put the items back after 24 hours. He would not even check to see if it was still there. That is very misleading considering that it says I have until 9/3 to pick it up. So I drove there for nothing and I am out $25 for a product I don't have. How annoying! I will not be returning to this store ever again.

I am so sorry with so many awful reviews something has got to change. Many people depend on this Wal Mart. Why doesn't the management do something to modernize the place. The Wal Mart across from the VA is excellent. Will start shopping there.

Customer service department is the worst. Location and selection is convenient. Like the self checkout to avoid the terrible service from employees. Employees act like you are an inconvenience.

Filrthy dirty store .... assistant manager looked like he'd crawled out of bed from sleeping in his clothes .... black lady at the self serve till totally was racist towards whites .... absolutely NO bags at self serve till .... all self serve tills were filthy dirty ... when we asked for help she slowly sauntered away and took forever to locate manager who she never could find ... only assistant manager .... This was a very slow day so no excuse for missing bags or filthy tills

This review is specific to the Auto Center. THE WORST! incompetent staff. Lethargic techs. Filthy environment. I came for tires. I'll never come back. The counterperson has limited communication skills, is unfriendly, and is inefficient. After I was checked in I asked how long to expect to wait. I was told they are NOT ALLOWED to tell customers an expected wait time. Despite this bit of ridiculousness I went to the waiting area. Hard chairs. Some irritating kids movie on a blaringly Lord TV. Dirty floor. But most irritating is a loud, constant, obnoxious him throughout the space. There is no escaping it. Honestly, it would seem that the auto department manager has gone out of the way to make the entire customer experience as unpleasant as possible. STAY AWAY!
