Went here this afternoon at 3 o’clock and I ordered a meal and then I wanted sweet tea with that so I dined in and I asked for a refill of my sweet tea and they try to charge me being very aggressive I do not recommend this location for anyone

My order has been wrong the last 2 times I've gone to this location. Last time was a couple of months ago. I had to go back and wait for a new order. Today I didn't have time to go back. Everyone was asked to pull up and wait for their order which was bad enough, the whole reason I chose Wendy's over Culver's was so I wouldn't have to wait, then they gave me the wrong order.

Self-serve kiosks to order, which makes interaction with the employees slim at best. You do your own ordering and paying, get your own drink and the only thing you don't do is cook the food yourself ( I'm sure an automated robot will be doing that soon)

I think the atmosphere and food are great but customer service not so much. Just a simple "Good afternoon" or "You're welcome" would be nice. Or even eye contact and smiles. They just hand you the food and move on. I think they should also ask if you would like your receipt before throwing it away.

Food is old and stale. Ordered a Biggie bag and a cinnamon bun and the burger made me sick and gave me sharp stomach pains. The cinnamon but was hard and stale and completely inedible.

got a to go order around 3 p.m. took back to my office less than 3 minutes away. Crispy Chicken sandwich tasted like it was a left over from the 12 noon lunch crowd. Tasted like it has some tartar sauce on it to. Could tell the fries had sat out for a long time. Wilted and Nothing was hot. Last time for me. You got a lot of competition Wendy's, time to up your game.

I didn’t even order like I literally drove up got to the window to order or to the little thing to order I asked the lady who was in a little five dollar to get something snack on the thing out of her mouth was oh well it’s on the right hand corner of the menu and if you look at it it’s this and this is this I’m sorry Like I said to her there’s a young man you’re changing the prices so I didn’t get to see that but thank you anyway I drove up because that is horrible Customer Service like I don’t even get to eat because somebody’s nasty attitude

I don't usually do this but with the cost of food these days how can I not. The customer service was terrible.The food was even worse.I don't understand how somebody can be so polite and still be treated with such disrespecthe employees there awful . My food was disgusting and if I try to get fresh food they fight with you and belittle you. I tried to reach out to corporate no luck with them either.
