To give this place an honest review, I must tell it like it is. The service of this location has really gone down hill. Sadly I'm finding most chain restaurants, and fast food places are trending the same way. The people at the window are not very personable. I'd recommend going to a smaller mom and pop type of place.

DONT GO HERE! Worst Wendy's in Pinellas county. No Frosty, ever. They have a felon working behind the counter and no management. Ordered on the app and no refunds, Had to call the bank to cancel the transaction.

I understand it is fast food and that my expectations for what I'm paying for, should not be very high to begin with. However I have never been more amazed that I have at this Wendy's location. Between the completely uninterested employees, the unavailability of half of the menu items, in the general inability to do the job correctly and get my order correct. This place truly floors me. I could not imagine a worse location to spend my money. A Very hard lesson to learn.

My husband and I came in to dine at this franchise. We were not even acknowledged. I suggest you pay or treat your workers better. We walked out, and then we were acknowledged. Perhaps, something needs to get better here, or fold and bring something else in place of Wendys.

Horrible service from what was told to me to be 2 of the managers… after being rushed and spoken to very disrespectful at the speaker I was told to pull forward, after doing so the young lady was aggressive and told me “I ain’t got to serve you… bye!” “Get the hell out my line and keep it moving” I then went inside to get the stores info and was told that it is a private franchise and that I would have to wait to speak to “Dennis’s”. Worst service, and could have been easily and professionally handled… this all happened at the Wendy’s location of 4047 4th st N. At 12:20pm
