This store is always slow and very under staffed. I’ve waiting many times for over 15-20 mins for a mobile order that was placed ahead of arrival. The staff is stressed and has PTSD from many, many customer complaints, which is a shame because they seem to be nice people. Do not order or go here if you’re in a rush or in a hurry.

When I got my order the fries were lukewarm, the baconator had no bacon and all the toppings when I ordered it without any toppings but bacon, ketchup and cheese. The only things they got right was the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets. I definitely don't recommend this location

We have had problems with this particular Wendy’s location for over a year now, since we moved to the area. Against all odds, we decided to try again. Tonight we just drove up to the drive-through. We waited for approximately three minutes with no words spoken through the speaker. Thinking that may be the speaker was broken we said the word hello. The person on the other end of the speaker SCREAMED a hang on a second. That was the end of the road for us. We love Wendy’s, and we have gone to Wendy’s across the country, however, the last straw has been drawn. The customer service at this location is unendurable. We left without ordering and as a final farewell the same person (presumably) yelled out the drive through window. I don’t know what they yelled. Unbelievable.

I had an interview scheduled and the entire experience from the store manager Steven who was unaware of the interview being scheduled too the dismissive attitude he had towards me was completely unacceptable. I complained too him about why would I have an interview scheduled and he wasn’t aware of it. He has a completely disrespectful, rude, and nasty demeanor. If this is what the company represents then I’m very disappointed in it because you will loss business and employees with managers like him. Finally if you see that an applicant is upset or frustrated because of the situation why would you completely dismiss their feelings and frustration. Worst manager I have ever encountered. Definitely will be following up with a complaint to the company customer service line.

This Wendy's location is terrible. Went for a Frosty and a burger. Frosty machine wasn't working and they didn't even have Ketchup. Staff thought all that was funny. Never again!!
Been here twice. The first time Burger was cold. The drive thru very slow. Tried it again a few day ago and the food was Hot and good. The drive thru was a little better. It's worth another shot. I do prefer wendy's burgers over The competition.

Glad to see that they finally repaid the parking lot in this place. More lighting makes a pleasureful to go there for breakfast. Keep up the good work
