I had a really good dine-in experience at this location recently. Very nice staff and manager! Inside is very modern and clean. Service at the counter was friendly, and the manager was engaging with customers in the seating areas.

I was at the drive thru for like 15 mins trying to order and the old lady at the window was too busy arguing with the other workers instead of helping customers. She said her name was Michelle and when I asked for the manager she said she’s the manager?? Seriously?? Such a disgusting attitude and the worst customer service ever.

Lousy, lousy, lousy! Visited this location late night they had no chili available. Fries didn’t taste fresh and I received regular nuggets instead of spicy which isn’t a big deal but the restaurant didn’t answer my calls to communicate my issue even though I called multiple times. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

This is the worst Wendy’s in St. Petersburg. The employees are miserable and act like they can’t be bothered to take your order. They also act like the sauce comes out of their paycheck. If you hate your job so much, why do you care about an extra sauce?

This location is terrible now, i just order the chili which i normally like, it was burnt and had no meat in it at all. The two women in the restaurant use no courtesy words no please no thank you and provided no receipt for the transaction. I guess chick fill an and Culver’s have taken their business. They need to step up or close. i never see any cars there anymore. It was the worst meal i had in a very long time

Everytime I come up here it’s something … wrong food or not fresh I mean look at my burger someone basically wwe hulk smashed it and the large fry is missing a lot of fries not even full how it’s supposed to be I worked for Wendy’s in my past for 5-6 years on n off and I never let food get passed out the window or the front like this ever I always made sure food was fresh and neat this is ridiculous!!! Step it up seriously
