Might be the worst wendys I’ve ever been too. Currently eating a rock hard cold burger with nothing on it (I ordered a bacon double stack) . Nuggets are basically cold gristle… I can’t count without taking out of the bag how many fries I got… employees are always either rude or completely lost and the store always smells like weed from employees smoking by the front door. I’ve given this location 3 different tries now on different days and everytime had to throw out half my meal because it’s inedible.

The managers in the morning at this location are quite unfriendly. You can tell they are irritated when a customer walks in and they turn they're back to the Lobby. They have screwed up my order 3 times in a row now and I won't be coming back. Today they only gave me half my order at first. The breakfast sandwiches were old and hard as rocks. We threw them in the trash. I work in the service industry and I would never serve a customer what they gave us. I don't recommend going here in the morning. It's a waste of your money.

Marissa kindly and passionate about her job. She provides quality customer service and will respond professional of Wendy’s standards. She replaced the food WHICH was DIGUSTING FROM THE ANOTHER WENDYS ON 4TH STREET UP THE ROAD FROM THIS ONE. PLEASE GIVE THIS STORE A CHANCE AND DODGE THE OTHER ONE IP THE ROAD 40th AVE AND FOURTH STREET. THEY GAVE US HOT FRIES BUT COLD BURGERS AND NUGGETS PURPOSELY.

The lady taking our oder was rude. My son has a food aversion and she got irritated when I requested substitutions and to have things left off of his burger. Then who seemed like a manager instead of placing the different sauces in the bag she slammed them on the counter and walked away. I definitely would not go tk this restaurant again

It is 9/26 I have been in line between 2-3pm. I understand the storm is approaching. However, there is a male employee inside telling ppl at the speaker “I’ll be with you in one moment” but we have no idea what he could possibly be doing. He’s not responding to anyone and they keep leaving. I’m still waiting on him now that he has said that to me. The store is not officially closed obviously. He is stating they are open and to give him a moment. So whoever this employee is it seems to me he is playing a big joke on everyone. There is no one in front of me and I’m still waiting on that “moment”. Maybe he’s on his way out of the company already or wants to be and this is his last FU to the management. If that is not the case this employee severely needs to be fired. He said “I’ll be with you in a moment” now not answering the speaker or the phone several times. Bad look!
