Worst Wendy’s EVER. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They did not have lettuce today and didn’t inform anyone that there was no lettuce. My husband and myself called back up there to let them know that I order was also wrong the young lady stated that there is no lettuce how are we supposed to have known that if they didn’t tell us while ordering. She was very rude and said how am I supposed to tell y’all that there is no lettuce when we would have to do that for every customer . Ok so is that wrong? Corporate needs to come to this store and train them on performance and customer service skills. I was still very polite to the young lady, although she was rudely misinformed about satisfaction, which Wendy’s did not deliver because of their employees. I will not go back to that Wendy’s unless every worker is replaced or retrained on food quality and excellent customer service.

I ordered a taco salad. And then choked on a piece of what seems to be the wrapper to the lettuce. Maybe the piece of plastic you rip off to open the lettuce. It’s stretchy. And definitely not something edible!

Absolutely the worst. No one wanted to help me at the front until I said excuse me. Soda machine was out, person on his phone while we asked for napkins, food was horrible. Do not go here!

Only complaint is Zero sugar products always empty on beverage machine.
Don’t go here two hours before they close and expect to get a frosty. Girl on the drive said they said can only get a sandwich or nuggets. Why might you ask? Not because it’s out of stock no her response was because we cleaned it and now you can’t get one

They didn't have any kids meals bags, and no toys for the kids either. These two alone weren't that big of a deal. It was very quiet in the dining room as there was no music or anything. We were the only family in there. It also felt like no one was in a rush or moving with any sense of urgency. Very odd while we were there.
