Interior sign has been destroyed by the employees. Chair is on top of table in the middle of the day. Out of napkins. Out of chili. Out of sour cream - but only told that after the delivered food missing the ingredient and I asks for it. Doormat flipped over. You need to do better. Hire new management.

Went to this place the other day and once we where done eating I went to the bathroom and it smelled so strong with weed I could barely use the bathroom and the baby changing table was covered with pieces of weed and there was someone apron on it as well. I went and told the manager that was working then about it and he went in the bathroom grabbed the apron and just lifted the baby changing station up and knocked the pieces of weed off it and just said yea thats what it looks like idk if anything was ever done but its like wow really u have an employee who is messing with weed at work and not only that but doing it on a baby changing station where parents have to use to change their baby definitely will not be going back to this Wendy's

Definitely wouldn't recommend. Hubby went to bathroom and someone before him decided to use the baby changing table and roll weed on and left their work apron and remnants on it. Hubby spoke to manager but he didn't seem to care.

By far the worst service we received anywhere. Figured going in to order and get yo talk to a human. Nope can u order at the kiosk!!!! Ya sure ordered 4 meals 35 minutes later get 3 meals. Wait get last one then told they are out of baked potatoes but the next group of people come in of a different color ordered 2 baked potatoes and they magically have them now!!! 4 people behind the counter nobody in restaurant when we walked in and only a couple cars in drive thru. Horrible service!!!!

Before you eat here, READ THE REVIEWS for the last two years. They are mostly HORRIBLE. How many bad ratings does this Wendy's have to receive before someone DOES SOMETHING? Service is SUPER SLOW. Food orders are frequently WRONG. REALLY BAD customer service. Brown bathroom hand towels instead of napkins? Can ya'll not afford napkins? Service and food are REALLY BAD here. Comon guys--this is not rocket science. Get it together or please close.

I just ordered the taco salad, and they didn't put any beef in it. I just paid $9 plus for salad corn and shredded cheese. When I was in the store they were like eight people in there but no one can answer the phone...

Made an online order came inside to wait took over 30 minutes when I went up to the counter they had no record of it. The chili was watery with barely any meat. Do not recommend this location.

Chicken tenders are a bust
I had a really disappointing experience at this Wendy’s due to manager Deshayna. It was my first time using the mobile app, and there was a simple misunderstanding with my order. Instead of helping me out, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. She spoke to me disrespectfully, made me feel like I was bothering her for not knowing how the mobile system worked, and then made me wait an additional 15 minutes. What made it worse is she told me I was the “fourth order,” even though I had already placed mine about 15 minutes before that.
Additionally, when I asked for my receipt so I could submit a review about my experience, she almost refused to give it to me. I only received it after being adamant about it, which felt very unprofessional and concerning.
This location seriously needs to look into this manager, Deshayna, because no customer should be treated this way.

The man running the drive through barely gave us a chance to say our order before rudely interrupting after the first meal (we planned to get multiple things) and just barking “second window”. They seem to not want sales and just to rush you away.terrible service . Won’t be back
