I love popping in for lunch to grab two slices, but it was disheartening to over hear one of your employees say "speak English buddy" to the person working the register. This was said while the staff member working the register was speaking to one of the kitchen staff. Completely uncalled for and makes me want to take my business elsewhere.Edit for owners response:What I heard was a miserable white woman overhearing a conversation between a back of house and front of house employee. Once it was finished and both parties continued working... The aforementioned miserable white woman muttered "Speak English Buddy" under her breath (to no one but herself). That statement is in no way an "inside joke", no one laughed, and your cook didn't even hear it. I always appreciate the owners and management having their employees backs, but when one of your employees is muttering racist comments, you should try and have the back of your other employee(s) for whom the comment was about.Labeling the inappropriate/ racist comment an "inside joke" doesn't change the fact that it was inappropriate/racist. That just means that you're okay with that kind of speech and attitude representing your company.

Food is great. However, the girl at the counter at 8:05pm on 3/26/24 threw her hands up when we didn’t leave a tip when picking up our online order. She also mumbled under her breath as we left. We order online and pick it up ourselves so we don’t have to tip, her attitude was horrendous.

Pizza is great. Has NY taste. Had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich as well as the egg rolls. OMG!!!! Both were muah...chefs kiss! This is my go to pizza place. Service has been great every time I've been. Even on superbowl Sunday service was great. They have tvs around the place makes it feel like a sports hangout. Real chill fun relaxed vibes.

Good slices, nice people. They have some kind of convection thing for the reheating, a deck oven would elevate them to 5 stars. Good ingredients, sauce and crust.
