Received a delivery order missing rice and the bourbon chicken was terrible. It had no broccoli in it as pictured and I did not get my rice.
So guess all I get for dinner is just a bowl of chicken.

Wok & Roll isn't a typical Chinese restaurant or take-out that you would find in New England. The food is completely different. To be fair, the other Chinese take outs in this area are comparably the same in the style of cooking. We order from Wok & Roll a couple times of year when we are craving for Chinese food. Wok & Roll appears to be slightly better than the others. Their food is either over cooked or undercooked. Our last order (and last), the ribs were so over cooked they were unable to get any meat of the bone. The Egg Foo Young cooked well outside the omelet, but eggy inside. The shrimp was smashed to flatten them, and the coating was like wood and couldn't be taken off. The egg rolls were something we were able to buy at the local supermarket in the freezer section. The fried rice was yellow with no flavor. Fried rice that I am familiar with has soy sauce as a base to it and brown not yellow. The beef Teriyaki was like shoe leather and no flavor. Terrible.

We have been coming here for years, food is still ok but a lot has changed. For the 1st 5years there was more meat & vegetables and now even though they keep raising their prices you get very little meat but lots of vegetables & rice. If you do the lunch special its 2/3 rice & 4-6 pieces of meat with vegetables. The young girl at the register is not very friendly. In the old days when the parents were there full time it was much better. I think its time to look for a different place, their pockets are full so they don't care about the customer.
