Wok & Roll isn't a typical Chinese restaurant or take-out that you would find in New England. The food is completely different. To be fair, the other Chinese take outs in this area are comparably the same in the style of cooking. We order from Wok & Roll a couple times of year when we are craving for Chinese food. Wok & Roll appears to be slightly better than the others. Their food is either over cooked or undercooked. Our last order (and last), the ribs were so over cooked they were unable to get any meat of the bone. The Egg Foo Young cooked well outside the omelet, but eggy inside. The shrimp was smashed to flatten them, and the coating was like wood and couldn't be taken off. The egg rolls were something we were able to buy at the local supermarket in the freezer section. The fried rice was yellow with no flavor. Fried rice that I am familiar with has soy sauce as a base to it and brown not yellow. The beef Teriyaki was like shoe leather and no flavor. Terrible.

Absolutely horrible and I used to eat here weekly,but the last time I was there they price gouged me and the food was never bad until 2 nights ago ,so please everyone open everything before you leave,and when I called the manager I told him the issues, and he didn't care even when I told him he lost my business. I was so disappointed and pissed ,but I learned my lesson always check prices even when I always ordered the same thing everything, and ple check every meal before leaving HE LITERALLY DID NOT OFFER TO REPLACE OR APOLOGIZE

Ordered my usual chicken fried rice, honey chicken, and a Pepsi or two... The people that work there are always nice polite and courteous and they say comgain lol and broken English but it's understandable

I usually get the steamed dumplings and the bourbon chicken, man usually gets the egg rolls. All of the items we get are always fresh, and the sauce they have for the dumplings is so good it should be a crime. Some of the best Chinese food in town, and one of maybe two or three Chinese restaurants I'll order from regularly.
