Odd Todd's was an incredibly welcoming place. Hospitality, food, and good humor all around. FT hikers will find this charming oasis directly across the road from the blue blaze trailhead in Salt Springs. Great spot to chow down and fill your water bottles, especially now that the 88 is closed.
Thank you, Odd Todd's!
If I could give this 6 place stars, I would. The triple threat sandwich is literally the BEST BBQ sandwich I have ever had. Period. Amazing friendly service too. The freshness of the bowls was off the chart, especially since the ingredients were farm to table. Don't miss this available gem of a restaurant in the Ocala National Forest.

A wonderful surprise in Salt Springs! Stopped by for lunch because I was hungry and it was close. Quickly realized that they have EXCELLENT good with FRESH ingredients ... and a whole lot of atmosphere (and great service!). Next time I am anywhere vaguely near there ... I will stop in again!!!!

We live over an hour away and travel here for the food before exploring the Ocala national Forest. If I could give it more than five stars I would. This is a family run place on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The food is delicious and we always order the brisket sandwich, try it and you’ll thank us later, the street corn, cucumber and tomato salad, and the potatoes fries with cheese. If you like scratch made Keylime pie then this is one of the best that I have ever had and the orange cheesecake is a close second. Braden, the young manwho helps his parents with the business, is exceptional and I see wonderful things for his future! Maureen and Mark

I wish I’d taken photos! We had the carne asada tacos, birria tacos, and street corn — all absolutely amazing (and that says a lot coming from me). Who would’ve thought? Fresh tortillas, charred to perfection; perfectly seasoned meat — though I will say the salsa could’ve been a touch spicier, but I get they’re probably catering to their usual crowd. The birria was juicy without being greasy, and the consommé was spot on. If you drive by without stopping, that’s your loss — and a big mistake!
