Terrible Experience at Sunoco/Subway
First of all, the coffee was cold. When I asked for a fresh pot to be made — since there were two of us wanting fresh coffee — we were basically told no. Instead, they offered to microwave the coffee in plastic cups. No thank you!
Then came the huge disappointment with Subway. We ordered a large steak, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich — and I wish I were exaggerating, but the amount of steak on it was pathetic. I even asked the employee if he was serious, and he said yes, these are the new standards. $9 for this? There is definately not an egg shortage! If this is what Subway considers acceptable now, I won’t be returning. Ever.
My overall experience at this Sunoco location was just plain disappointing. There was absolutely no customer service. Nothing about this visit met even basic expectations.
