The two woman that were upfront one was a Manger the other a employee they were both very very rude we tried paying at the first window but the girl left and never came back so we pulled up and when she came to the window she snatched my money we don't like burger King for that reason but it was the only place to eat so we agreed to stop and now I no why we don't go there it's like every burger king is rude yall need to lighting up if you don't like ur job then why are you at it I just don't understand and I no ntn will be done just wanted to write my experience

Please train your employees as to what goes on the sandwiches. I just ordered two sandwiches, and both were made wrong. Right off the menu.. total waste of money.

I always go to the drive-in to get my food from Burger King in San Antonio Florida. The last several visits have really been a bummer I know it's only cheese but I just don't like to eat a Whopper without cheese they charged me for a Whopper with cheese no cheese was put on there. The crisp chicken sandwich is always so salty it has to be tossed and trash no more chicken from Burger King

Ordered for pickup, and went in to collect my order. I got an Oreo shake that had a hair stuck to the side of the cup, leading up where it was stuck under the lid and blended into the drink. I mentioned it to the manager there, and she nonchalantly took it, tossed the entire shake, and joked "it was probably my hair too", which was a bit revolting considering none of the all-female crew were wearing hair nets and they all looked disheveled. Another employee asked why she tossed it, and the manager whispered "there was an hair stuck to the cup" and laughed when I clearly demonstrated how the hair was stuck under the lid and blended into the shake by tugging it before she snatched it from me. Also paid 25¢ for a ranch cup, only to get a honey mustard cup. The burger I got didn't have lettuce as I requested, which isn't as big of a deal as the utter unprofessional energy the place had. First time here in a long time, and likely my last after spending $15 on pure garbage. Store was nice and clean, and had no issues with the location itself, just the crew.

Just wanted to say that there was only 1 employee working this morning. I felt so bad for her. Varghese should get a raise for having to open, cook, serve and cashier everyone so early in the morning. I hope things get better there for her, she deserves better.
