The food was great. Went to visit my sister and her husband, who frequent this hotel. Prices were a little high, but so is everything else in the world today.
We had fabulous stay at Avanti international resort. The staff were amazing the room was clean and tidy the beds were made everyday and fresh towels everyday. Northing was too much trouble for the staff and food in cafe was gorgeous so nice the pool was lovely too very clean too. Only thing I would say is if near back of hotel like building 3 bring ear plugs as right on i4 and it very noisy we coped with us and only other thing is some rooms do have small gaps in frame of door which lets light though so eye mask might want but other then two tiny problems it was fabulous stay and 100 % come back too.
Not very clean.no housekeeping unless asked for. items of clothing disappeared over 10 day stay. yet housekeeping knew nothing. nice pool area.
Lisa was our bartender she was very pleasant a tentative and on point my girlfriend loved her drinks and keep in mind she doesn't drink! All in all it was a great atmosphere we felt safe and it was awesome we almost didn't leave the hotel I recommend this place!
Just got home from a 10 night stay in the avanti international and I would definitely recommend it. The room was very large and spacious - adequately clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our trip. The room had a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and air conditioning aswell as a v large tv. Plenty of sockets to use to charge devices and for hair straighteners as the room has its own hairdryer also. We stayed in block 3 which had laundry facilities that we used multiple times during our stay that was v reasonable in price to use. It also had vending machines located on floor 2 & 4 which took card or cash. Lift and stairs available to use. The pool was lovely and warm but due to the volleyball court sand it did have sand at the bottom which I found irritating on the feet when in the water. The pool area was really well maintained with toilet facilities, pool bar and cafe/shop close to hand. The cafe did serve Starbucks coffee which is great đ free towels for the pool which was super handy were lovely and soft and clean. The lobby area was well maintained and offers printing facilities, concierge were always helpful when booking park transport and great reception staff. The coffee bar in the lobby wasnât always open which was abit annoying if in a hurry but coffee always available in the cafe by the pool. I trolly pick up just minutes away and a great Dennyâs across the way for breakfast! There is also a bargain store a couple of minutes away to buy some Disney merch which is really reasonable aswell as loads of other things! Overall this hotel was great the shuttle for the parks was always reliable and on time! The drivers were so nice and friendly and all the hotel staff, cleaners etc all incredibly accommodating. Our room was cleaned and remade daily which was brilliant! 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

One night I had the mushroom Swiss burger which was good, then I decided to try the mahi tacos the next nightâŠabsolutely disgusting! It was incredibly fishy and salty tasting, very dry too. The cook also is who took my order and the whole time he was taking my order he was on his cell phone talking in Spanish to someone on speaker..it was incredibly rude! (The review would have been a 4 if I had the experience I had the first night)

Just got back from a two week stay at avanti international resort, would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, lovely big rooms, the staff were all very friendly, the barman was lovely, the food was great, good prices, great atmosphere by the pool side/hot tub, going back next year

Overpriced! I got overcharged. When i asked for a refund i was told it is too difficult. Will not come here again.
1. This hotel was recommended to us by a friend. And the exectations that was created did not match. On arrival it was all OK friendly staff welcomed us. It is so unusual for hotel aspecialy in the Europe to charge wifi fees, 15 dollars per day. Which in my opinion is a joke this should be already provided in the price. Plus deposit for damages just incase. [Semi understanding this one even though package holidays has our details. 2. First day breakfast, this is the biggest issue we had in this hotel. Hotel did not have information that we had bought breakfast as well. So we had to provide evidence, thank goodness we printed out our holiday inventory to provide it. That there was 15 printed sheets of paper per head to have food cards [ back in the communist countries they had thst in the 70 and 80s.] And omg thr joy of having to fill one in daily to get a bagel coffe and small yogurt. It a joke right. In a hamburger packaging. Staff watching everybody like a hawk if they are stealing it makes people uncomfortable. Long queues for breakfast. If you would allow people to have access to buffet it would be much easier and more people friendly. Dry bagle and small cream cheese and jam pot for breakfast. 26 dollars. I do understand that woth Competition that you are facing with restaurants you might not get customs here with eating but this is below 3 stars even. 3. First day I returned unexpectedly to my hotel when my room was cleaned. The door were wide open two cleaning ladies were in and another MAN, who quickly stated he is just a customer, who was not a staff member was in my room, and it wasn't like he was just within the door he was well inside my room. Which is shocking. I went in changed my shoes and not any one asked if this is my room or not. I went to speak to the manger immediately and reported this. But it was not actioned at all as I requested my room not to he cleaned. And I still had daily room service. As iam worried about safety of my belongings, as I had some valuable technology in my room. 4. We had travel mugs which were binned twice by room service we had to buy another one and it was also binned on a second occasion. Service should clean a room and not touch personal belongings. To them they might be trash for me it was a travel much that I bought. Yeah it was nice to have fresh towels. But not needed on a daily basis. Aspecialy when we asked not to have it daily. Floors was alway dirty and sticky. Doors were unfortunately damaged and lower part of the door had a massive hole which at night or early morning was irritating. Pool was full of sand which was gross. It was attempted to be cleaned once in two weeks we were there. But after 20 minutes the guy gave up and left and the sand remained. Bath was a bit cracked and used and the shower curtain was needed to be replaced. Over all on the admission the room was dusty and it wasn't fresh dust. Burn out bulbs in the bathroom. And hotel is proud to serve stabusck but only till 11 am comon just get a machine so we can have it all the time. Not a hotel I will be returning. Bed was fantastic ....
Really good location enjoyed our stay there. Still pending our deposit being refunded though after being home now for 2 weeks. Could someone reach out to help with this!
strange question, but has anyone who has stayed here witness anything paranormal?
We came for 3 weeks as weâre doing all the parks & the water parks as well as the discovery cove. Room 2133 We arrived and as we were checking in, we were told we needed to pay $500 service charge eg; towels, pool towels & cleaning of the room. 2 rest days where we actually stayed around the pool we werenât able to get a towel as none were available⊠Our first full day we left the hotel at 6.30am to return at 6.45pm to our room not cleaned & the cleaners were 3 doors down. This happened numerous times and we unfortunately had to wait by the pool in the storm to have our rooms âcleanedâ the beds were made. The floor wasnât swapped or moped & the bathroom wasnât cleaned. A lot of mould in the bathroom and the bathroom door wouldnât close. A massive hole in the wall behind one of the beds. I had to request for the room to be cleaned properly but we were a bit confused what the service charge covered as we didnât receive part of the service we were paying for. 2 adults 2 children & we always had to request 2 more bath towels sometimes 4 as we were only left with face towels sometimes. Again, confused as what the service charge was covering On a more positive note the location was perfect. The upkeep of around the pool was good, games room kept my 6 year old happy for parts & the actual pool is a good size. One bar man (forgot his name, young man & very friendly) is amazing and hats off to him. The food is nice & the Starbucks is a huge bonus. The sandy part both my boys loved and the volley ball net is a good touch as my 8 year old liked to play with the friends he met on the late afternoons we came back however, the pool itself rarely got cleaned and on our rest days I was up by the pool for 7.05am to get 4x sun lounges & my morning coffee and noticed sand was still in the pool & it just looked a bit grimy. Communication wasnât great when asking for the above. They seemed annoyed & not interested âok will ring house keepingâ yet we were told to pay the service before stepping into our room Me and my partner were told 2 different things on more than one occasion when something was not right in the room & when confronted they were a bit speechless and unprofessional when we spoke to the staff we had spoken with. We had to change room half way through our stay, was told to pack up and move rooms, no help was offered so I asked the security guy to help with one of the case trollies and we moved up to floor 3 and was put in room 2332. Better view of the pool so that was lovely. Again, floors and bathroom werenât cleaned and again came back to the room not touched a few times. Itâs a shame as was told they are low on staff - which isnât our fault & really shouldnât be charging that amount if the services arenât 100% as in reality we only got 20% of our service we payed for When a few items & money went missing from our room the first week - they helped (cleaner thought my 6 year old left a âŹ15 tip, he left his money on his bed side) that was recovered. We then thought to keep things in bags which isnât what we were expecting. However money was returned swiftly. Itâs a shame as the location is perfect and the room itself was spacious and the beds big and comfy. Shower was powerful enough. (English hair dryers donât work with the plugs btw) Hair dryers provided are decent enough though. I miss the view of the pool and waking up with my family for a full day of Disney fun but unfortunately wonât be retuning here. It was OK for the time we stayed as I said above we only stayed for 2 solid days and just slept there but after a long day out we expected to come back to a clean tidy room and that wasnât fulfilled most of the time I wish the hotel the best for the future and it does improve.
