For food, we just had a rum runner chicken quesadilla but it was excellent! The quesadilla was loaded with perfectly cooked chicken. The service was wonderful. We enjoyed the laid back ambiance. The signature drink, rum runner, was delicious. It checked all the boxes. My husband enjoyed his bushwhacker. The prices were reasonable considering this is a tourist destination. We definitely recommend this place and plan to return!

Place was hopping! Dueling piano guys that night were so much fun and kept the energy level at 10. The manager even broke out the guitar and slayed. Bartenders were non stop busy, but very attentive. Everyone there had a great night!
Prices... eh... little high I suppose... It's Florida. It's a destination. Gotta pay to play.

We are owners in the Grand Sandestin Golf and beach resort. We were at Rum Runners last night.
Say the least. We seem to have charges on our card for purchases we didn't make.
Also last night. The music is always amazing.
However a short black haired waitress was obviously under the influence of something. Laughing loudly , dropping things. I was not sure what she was on.
Until she ran into my chair , almost fell over and said sorry. We are butt buddies. Now after she was right in my face laughing while I was sitting. She reeked of hard liquor. Let's not forget the other staff members seemed to find it hilarious. I did not. Down right assault. I will be bringing this to the HOA In writing. FYI. The waitress was heard earlier in the eve that she was drunk. No bid deal right.

Great food. Live piano music was a welcome surprise. We had the best time. Our waitress Taylor was such a sweetheart.
So my husband and I called before and were told that they were open till 2am but they stop serving food until 10:00pm, so we get there at 9:30pm. We enter the building, there's a bunch of people and live music and full tables. Theres a sign pointing up to the "loft" and I'm curious if we can go up. We go to the hostess stand and I ask "can we sit upstairs if we want food?". The hostess looks too busy folding napkins to be troubled but she says "yeah you can sit wherever you like". We go upstairs and there is a gate clearly blocking the whole upstairs area with lights off. We go back downstairs, I go back to the hostess. I say "I thought you said we can go upstairs" she responds "oh I thought you were looking for restrooms". But if that's what she thought, the response to my first question doesn't make any sense. We then go outside and seat ourselves as the sign suggests. For 20 minutes we wait and receive no service. The hostess was so off putting and the music wasn't great either so we're going somewhere with a better attitude, mood, and service.

The crab cakes was not all tht the chicken wings my husband order was alright but the drinks could use some help the frozen strawberry Daq. Was not all tht not enough liquor and my husband said the beer taste flat hell the only thing I like was the salad want be visited this place again
