We came here for date night and we were not disappointed. For drinks we had coffee, a whisky sour, French 75 and some sort of delicious pomegranate cocktail- all were fantastic. There was warm bread and cold butter brought to the table, while we waited for ours apps. We had the wild mushroom soup and roasted bone marrow (both were evening features, not regular menu offerings) and both were phenomenal. For mains we had the Duck from the menu and the featured surf and turf- scallops over Creamed corn and braised short ribs on whipped French potatoes. We added a side of the truffle fries and not a single element was less than spectacular. All proteins were perfectly cooked and seasoned (no salt or pepper at the table which is almost always a good sign) the vegetables were cooked to the exact doneness and then we capped it off with the tiramisu. 12/10 would absolutely make the 45 minute drive again and again. There was a live violinist, an intimate atmosphere, our server was fantastic and the whole evening was just spectacular.
Always good and stands in the test of time. They go out of their way to assure that you don't have a good experience but a GREAT one! If you've never been there...just Go!
We were there for a girls night with five of us, one of which is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. Our server Tess was fantastic! She had no problem dividing our check anyway we wanted to! Food was delicious. Drinks were wonderful and the singer in the lounge area was amazing! Highly recommend !
Always a great experience. Can't wait to return! Food and drinks were spot on. And the bacon at the bar....wonderful!
Outstanding! The food is excellent - from offerings, to recipes, to presentation. Gorgeous food. They always have a great bartender that pours a correct and tasty old fashion. I have never had even a hint of bad service there, despite regularly having a different server at each visit. We LOVED the violinist on Friday night! Was a great addition to the atmosphere. Non-obtrusive but present. They have different specials all the time, so it's find that the menu is pretty stable (though I have seen changes since my original visit). One or both of us usually get the special and we've never been disappointed. Fois gras foam topped ribeye? Don't mind if I do!
Another lovely meal at Cuizine! The crab stuffed salmon special was incredible. Service was top notch- relaxing atmosphere. A real gem!

Celebrated my husband's birthday on a Thursday night when the special is prime rib. So good! We love CuiZine starting at the bar with expertly made cocktails, through delicious appetizers and dinners and ending with cappuccinos and the birthday desert! CuiZine is outstanding and our go-to place for all our special occasions.. or an occasional weekday night!
We have eaten here many times, its one of my wifes favorite places to eat in Brevard county. However last night left me questioning whether to return. We were elebrating 4 birthdays and were very excited to eat at Cuizine. Even though they weren't busy (Monday night thats expected) the service was extremely slow, and not the best overall. The waiter actually left in the middle of taking our order to go refill drinks at another table. The table actually joked he must have had to use the restroom badly because of how fast he darted off mid order, and no we weren't taking 30 minutes to order. Some of the specials were not advertised as spicy (we like spicy btw) and they were almost too hot to eat. My wifes mother actually took 2 bites of the soup and left it. You would think the waiter would have noticed and at least asked if it was ok, but he didn't. We also didn't push it, so its on both of us for that. My wife ordered the Salmon special, again very spicy, but we were told it was mildly spicy (we eat jalepenos like candy if that gives you an idea) The dish obviously sat under the heat lamp for a while as the top of the rice was dried and almost crispy, the fish was dried out also. My wife doesn't like to complain so she just ate it, but for the price it was served properly. If this was outback I would expect that type of thing, but the bill was $688 for 5 adults and an 11 year old who had a burger. Before anyone thinks it was all drinks, it wasn't there was 1 glass of wine, and 3 cocktails. Then at the end we said we are celebrating birthdays (which they knew already) and would like to order 2 deserts to share to celebrate as we were ready to leave and not overly hungry at this point. He put the oder in, then suddenly shows up with a desert we didn't order and says this is what we do for birthdays and gave 1 slice of keylime pie to share between the 4 birthdays. We asked if we could cancel 1 of the other deserts (Tiramisu) and was told no.

Cuizine never disappoints! We celebrated 2 birthdays and they surprised us with a dessert. The service is top notch. The prime rib melted in your mouth. This is a neighborhood gem where you are transformed the minute you step into the restaurant.
Our family (3) and guests (2) had an enjoyable evening at Cuisine. The ribeye.steak, lamb chops, and the two fish entrees were excellent choices; a few of the sides were a little too salty. The schnitzel was very disappointing; the pork was exceptionally tough and very dry. Anyhow, a good time!!
It was my first time there and I was not sure what the food would be like. Overall, it was fine. The fish was very fresh and delicious. I will need to go again and try different dishes to get to know them better. The bread pudding was freshly made and great.
We arrived on time , we had last minute reservation and was taken in right away . The live singer was a plus . Food served in a nice presentation ! Ambience is cute and not as crowded . The dishes we chose were a little salty for our taste . The portion is small and pricey . Our server is attentive . Conducive for dates . Overall , good place to have fine dining . We have been here few times as couple and with family . Will explore other dishes and will let server know about the level of salt we prefer .
What an outstanding and first class restaurant experience! I requested two glasses of Prosecco be served at the table upon our arrival for a birthday celebration; the restaurant delivered, first class too! We shared the homemade pasta with fresh truffles in a cream sauce - it was delicious! The duck and black grouper dishes were next and each plate was beautifully displayed and cooked perfectly! I was happy thar chef did not over salt the food - it was perfect! Dessert to celebrate my husband birthday was extra special too - displayed so beautifully was a chocolate cake with whipped cream and cocoa dusting with a special chocolate happy birthday morsel. Thank you to the team at CuiZine's for making the evening perfect!!!
