First time experience and it was wonderful. Found out it was our anniversary and did a special thing for us. Very nice
We were first timers. Food and service was excellent. Drinks were a little pricey. Mater Dei could dress more appropriately for a high end restaurant. Overall, it was fantastic, and this one will be one of our go to earthers. We will be back to enjoy.
The very best food and service in Brevard county hands down. I go there as often as possible.
Always the best dishes at Cuizine. 2nd time there and Chefs never fail to execute the finest dishes! And the waitress was amazing. So kind and fun to talk with. My husbands birthday and they even brought out a fabulous chocolate cake for his dessert! Such a great restaurant!
My wife and I went to Cuisine on a date. We both had their amazing chowder, which was delicious. She had the Branzino and I had the Grouper. Both were great. The prices were on the high side, with each dish being in the $50 range. The ambiance, decor, entertainment and service were top-notch. We would go back again for a special occasion.
We had a great dinner with another couple. The Amazing Chowder was great, the veal chop was wonderful with the Milanese Risotto. The branzino was cooked to perfection. The staff was attentive and humorous and we had a great dinner.
Perfect anniversary evening. This is our second time celebrating our anniversary here...you're always presented with champagne, a beautiful table with rose petals ,and a happy anniversary card not to mention the food is always excellent.
The food is absolutely exquisite, very interesting on the verge many times of exotic, but absolutely delicious and very well presented. Parker was our server and he is absolutely a delight. Love the music the ambience and everything about it. We definitely will return.
We had a wonderful dinner for our 27th Anniversary! Service, dinner, drinks everything was perfect. There was a singer who we really enjoyed. Thank you!
Amazing experience between the service and food. Amazing all around. I would say top 3 fine dining in Brevard.

Let me be clear, I was happy to spend my hard earned money on my 2nd anniversary with my girlfriend. The car ride home we shut the radio off and talked about everything. The consensus is that we will be talking about this dinner for years to come. I ordered a kettle 1 dirty martini with one olive (I hate to waste), our waiter, Patrick pointed out it’s bad luck. So I got the recommended three! It’s a good thing because my friends enjoyed the other two. The shrimp cocktail was incredible!!! Seriously so fresh and the sauces were so good we found ourselves scraping the plate for whatever they had left. My lovely lady enjoyed the miso glazed sea bass, with bok choy, and rice. She raved about it (I ate the bok choy). I had one of the specials; the 28 day dry aged 16oz ribeye with back truffle, zucchini, and mash. I was in heaven! And just to be a glutton we added on the lobster Mac, it’s a celebration after all!! I can’t thank you enough. I can’t say we will be back soon, but it sure was a special treat and hope to come back eventually. Good job everyone, from the host, bartender, and especially our wonderful waiter and BOH staff. Thank you!!
Our first visit! What a nice lounge to have a cocktail before dinner. We had a great dinner, both ordering the filet mignon as our main course. We started with the Spanish Pulpo, delicious and crisp. The Grilled Romaine was perfect. My husband had the Amazing Crab Chowder: tasty chowder poured table side over a good portion of crab meat- Amazing! We both tried and enjoyed Ezimit wine by the glass from Chef's home country of Macedonia. Another good choice. The staff was friendly and knowledgable, a lovely evening!
We were in town for the week visiting and decided to try CuiZine based on a recommendation from friends--and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The food was phenomenal from start to finish, with every course thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Our server, Delores, was outstanding giving great advice about the entrees, desserts and cocktails. The food was phenomenal from start to finish. We shared six appetizers, including the filet egg rolls (a must-try), hydroponic wedge salad, and the best baked onion soup I've ever tasted. Entrées were equally impressive: the pistachio-crusted lamb chops were tender and flavorful with a rich port reduction; the veal chop was perfectly cooked with a crispy parmesan crust and creamy porcini risotto; and the miso-glazed sea bass was light, buttery, and beautifully paired with basmati rice and bok choy. Cocktails were the only letdown—most were overly strong or unbalanced. One suggestion to elevate the cocktail experience would be to collaborate with local distilleries such as 21st Amendment and Oceanside Distillery. Both are known for crafting high-quality spirits and have developed fantastic signature cocktails. Featuring locally made products could enhance the bar program while supporting other local businesses—and give guests a unique taste of the region's craft distilling scene. Overall, an exceptional meal and great service—we'll definitely return!
Amazing! 10/10
Our meals were outstanding! Service was as well. This was not our first time dining here. Yes we will continue to go back.
