I went with friends and tried the Tandoori spiced salmon with forbidden rice and peas. It was an interesting combination but was delicious, especially the salmon. The bacon they serve in the bar is also very tasty.

The player even took our request!Colin was our Super Server, taking care of dietary restrictions and special requests.This was our first visit, but it will not be our last!!!Dietary restrictions: I have Gluten and Dairy sensitivities. Colin was able to guide my choices and work with the Chef to meet my special needs.

The veal chop was incredible. The value and quality of the main dishes are superb. The complimentary cucumber water is extremely refreshing and lovely. The ambiance was perfect for our special dinner.However, the cocktails were really lacking in quality despite the high markup. My cherry martini was unbalanced, sloppy, and visually unappealing (it was cloudy and the only garnish was the random sugar rim). The sugar rim was half melted, and the cocktail just tastes like a sugary cherry flavored vodka. My partner didn’t like his old fashioned either. Wouldn’t recommend the cocktails but i would still highly recommend coming here for dinner, perhaps pair it with their wine selection instead.Parking: Parking right in front of the restaurant and is free

Went for my hubby's birthday. This place is exceptional -- food, service, ambiance - everything is stellar. We returned the next evening for my birthday as well -- it was THAT good. Kudos to Chef Z and server Andy. We will definitely return when we are back in the area.

Absolutely fantastic experience the first time we had to come back the next night for another dinner. Everything on the menu was fresh and cooked to perfection. Ambiance and atmosphere was very nice. Served Andy was top notch. We requested him on our second visit, he was professional, funny and really made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for all occasions. We will be back!!

Phenomenal! The BEST restaurant in Brevard county. Everything was perfect. Our server Luis was amazing. Personable and knew the menu extremely well. I can not say enough wonderful things about Chef Z. The food was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was delicious and the portions were more than generous. We had our first visit to CuiZine but it won't be our last! Buddy, our waiter, was attentive without being intrusive and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Amongst the three of us we ordered the baked onion soup, tandoori salmon, pork schnitzel, and soups vide pork chop. The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned and prepared. I highly recommend going to CuiZine for your next special occasion!

All I can say is Thank You Chef! What a fabulous dining experience. The menu has a nice variety of items without being overwhelming. We had the parmesan crusted veal chop and the pork chop....both were cooked to perfection and served with sides that complimented the meat beautifully. The filet mignon egg roll as a starter was a fun surprise! Who knew! We finished with the flourless Nutella chocolate cake - perfection! Service was excellent....attentive but not intrusive. We will definitely go back!
