Slow service, dirty place and my black coffee was see through!
Terrible!

This has to be the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to as a former manager I was appalled by the behavior of the 2 girls that took care of our order they were out of one coffee e flavors we asked no big deal but then when I asked for a replacement flavor I guess the ignored me and just decided to put pumpkin in it instead of hazelnut and my husband didn’t get his cookie butter flavor but pumpkin as well and my mother in law didn’t get sugar in her order and when we asked for sugar packs they didn’t have any and in order to get sugar in it like we originally asked for we would have to wait another 20 minutes for them to make another one. How it takes 20 minutes to make an Iced coffees and a macchiato is beyond me. They donuts were also hard and stale and tasted like they had gone bad. I saw violations of Dublin rules and standards unless things have been downgraded since I’ve left. Definitely must do better, to have such poor staff and standards on the beach is definitely not the best.

I stopped by the Dunkin’ in Satellite Beach this morning and was genuinely impressed by the service and atmosphere. Timothy, the cashier, greeted me with a great attitude and made the experience smooth and friendly. The manager, Michael, was present and clearly runs a tight ship; everything was clean, quick, and efficient.

My Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher was perfectly balanced and refreshing, and the blueberry muffin was warm, soft, and full of flavor. It’s rare these days to find a team that takes pride in its service and makes every guest feel welcome.

Keep up the great work, this location sets the standard for what great customer care should look like!

Great experience!! Drinks came out perfect and timely, Chris was working making all the drink and food while Austin worked the window and the registers and they did absolutely fantastic. They both deserve a raise for their commitment and not getting overwhelmed by the after school crowd. Always love this Dunkin!!

Clean, line moved fast! The girl at the register was a doll, super friendly, the staff made everything so fast!

My husband and I went in on Saturday the 2nd and stood next to the register for over 10 minutes. It was not busy inside, yet no one acknowledged us or the couple in front of us. All attention was given to the drive-thru, with not even a simple “I’ll be right with you.”
The young girl with long, wavy blonde hair was loudly complaining the entire time, making the atmosphere even more uncomfortable. Her attitude was not only unprofessional, it was downright disrespectful to the company and to the few customers who were actually inside waiting.
After standing there completely ignored, we finally walked out—frustrated and honestly shocked at the level of stupidity and lack of basic training on display. Very disappointing experience. This place needs serious attention.

We use to use this location back in the 000's its still there looks like the same table and chairs as well :)
Went to Melbourne Beach last week.
I drank the same drink hot chocolate and it still made me head spin way too much sugar but what the heck.

I was disappointed. My coffee was weak and there were very few donut choices. There were several staff on duty, or at least there were about 10 people behind the counter, yet the table right next to door had trash on it and the floor needed to be swept. It looked like this particular location is owned and operated by teenagers. The building is also very old and rusted on the outside.

The store was unkempt and poorly maintained, so I decided not to make a purchase. As shown in the posted photo, their machines and milk pitchers were not properly cleaned. If they neglect their equipment and fail to clean up after each order, I can't trust them to serve food or drinks. If I were the owner, I’d be embarrassed by this level of neglect.

i absolutely LOVE this location, they are the best! i have to say, it is always fresh and tidy. but what keeps me coming? THE STAFF! they are fantastic, friendly, sweet. they always remember me and my order and the manager is an absolute darling! She runs a great crew of employees. doesnt matter the time of day, they always get it right and service is quick and efficient. this is my morning destination everytime i go to the condo. i can NOT go to Satelite Beach without stopping in for some delicious coffee and big smiles. by far better service then any other coffee shop i have been through on my world travels. thank you for being so great! i truly appreciate you all! best way to start my day

This is my home dunkin', and I run to it with my kids most Sunday mornings. When I am out of town, and have to go to a Dunkin' in another part of the state, or even the county, I'm always disappointed because I'm so used to the great friendly service in Satellite. Thanks for all you guys do

I don’t get by this store very often but when I do they are always cordial. Rarely a long wait but I hardly ever stop by in the morning.
Coffee always made as requested and served with a smile.
