East Coast Shuckers was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. All of our guests raved about our food and the service they provided. The grazing table was such a great addition at our cocktail hour along with served appetizers. Dinner ran smoothly and guests enjoyed their meals. Great food truck find while on vacation in the area. Very much enjoyed the Tuna nachos. The Thai sweet chili with seared tuna and crunchy nachos. Yum! Boyfriend had Cajun shrimp and he enjoyed that too. I recommend everyone to stop by and give them a try. Family running it super friendly.
