Very casual vibe to the place. We sat at the bar. I was super excited to see Buzztime trivia. The servers were attentive yet not overly in your face. I got the buffalo wings and my goodness they were lit!🔥 The smoke flavor combined with the sauce was incredible. Yes, they actually smoke meat. Had a great chat with one of the owners, he was very personable and his excitement for what he’s doing was apparent. Husband really enjoyed the brisket pizza. The only downside is that it’s not closer to my house or this would be my local hangout. Recommended if in the area!

Tonight was the last night of our vacation, and we wanted to try something new before heading home. We visit the Cocoa Beach area every year, but this time we discovered Maverick’s Hangar Bar and Grille on Facebook — and WOW, it did not disappoint!
Our son is a huge Top Gun fan, and he was absolutely in awe of the decor. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was awesome and unique. The food? AMAZING. Portions were generous, and the prices were even better.
They were short-staffed, but you’d never know it — the entire team was hustling and still providing top-tier service. A huge shoutout to our server, Dave, who was friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. His service was another solid 10/10.
This spot is now a must-do for our annual trips. We’ll definitely be back! 🛩️🍔🍹

Beachy joint with some of the best wings I have ever had! Got the smoked wings tossed in ghost pepper sauce ... I love the heat but this sauce had an amazing flavor beyond the heat ... those wings were On POINT! Seating indoors is a bit smaller and more intimate but the outdoor deck, bar, and stage is obviously where the fun is had in the evening! Definitely recommend you stop by!

My burger did not have much flavor. The biggest irritation was, they gave us a menu and as we placed our drink orders, we don’t have that beer. We don’t have this beer. We don’t have that beer then she made an excuse saying that the beer guys due tomorrow. Kind of a poor experience when you go there expecting to have a good time and we don’t have it. Oh by the way we went to order wings and they did have those either. I’ll definitely give them another try.

Everything I tried was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. It’s a great spot to relax, enjoy good company, and eat well. Also, I found out you can rent the space for events — such a great idea! I’ll definitely be coming back, and maybe even hosting something here!

The atmosphere at [Mavericks Hangar Bar & Grill] is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for everything from casual dinners to catching up with friends over drinks. The food was fantastic—juicy burgers, perfectly seasoned fries, and surprisingly great vegetarian options too. The bar staff really know their stuff; the cocktails were top-notch, and they had a great selection of local craft beers.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out quickly and hot. The live music on [day/night] was a nice bonus! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill spot with great food, drinks, and vibes.
