Horrible service. We were missing food when we ordered through the drive through and went inside to inform them. It took over 15 minutes for us to get the missing food and at least 4 attempts to ask for the food. They kept saying that they were busy but continued serving other orders and dismissed our attempt to get our food. This has happened before but this is the first time that I have gone back to get the missing food. Very disappointed with the service.Not to mention the ice cream machine is down…

I just went in and usually order the same thing. I ordered a steak egg and cheese with onions on a bagel and no butter sauce. My order said no butter sauce. The tag on the bag they put my order in said no butter sauce. Imagine my shock when I opened the item and it smothered in butter sauce. Do better. Very disappointing for the cost of the sandwich I would think that they should at least pay attention.

Frequent this location b cuz food and service r usually pretty good & better than the mcds by our house, so i drive a few extra miles sometimes. Had one hiccup recently and spoke to mgr Bree @ this location. She went above and beyond to make it right. (The man that answered the phone when i returned the call was so profesdiinal and polite-i coukd even understand him-no mumbling.) Bree had great follow up and follow thru. So refreshing to see b cuz helpful professional mgrs just dont seem to exist anymore. Thank you Bree to you and your staff at Sat Bch McDonald's.

The World is in trouble, this crew prepared and delivered Fries that were Hot! BTW, the Dbl1/4lb'r w/Bacon Burger was perfect.
Woman at h the e drive through around 8:30 pm 6/26/25 was being overwhelmingly disrespectful and rushing me through my order, not waiting for me to finish and even starting another order while I was still in line. I only ordered 2 items and that was too much for her.

I've been coming to this place for almost 20 years. The food was usually have be good. I always order iced tea when buy food. It was as good and sometimes was better than the iced teas i get from Popeyes or Wendy's. However, the past year or so the iced tea they are serving has been looking like there's hardly any tea. Sometimes you can even barely the tea; just ice and water. Bring back the old flavor taste!
