this McDonald's in satellite Beach charges a dollar more per Patty on the quarter pounders than any other McDonald's I've dealt with now I bought them here for roughly $1.50 a Patty in the past the recent past now I go to buy them they were 260 something a patty and I told them I get them every day of my life which I do at the $1.50 something price at the McDonald's in Titusville at the one in Melbourne at both McDonald's and Titusville at the one in Daytona even at this very restaurant I got them for a $1.50 last time it was like $8 and something for $5 suddenly it's $12 and something I think they made a mistake and they were trying to rationalize it that I was in the wrong when I eat more of these patties than any other human being in the course of the year because I get four to six of them every day I will not I will not ever recommend this McDonald's to anyone if they rip me off I think they'd be willing to rip you off it would not listen to me when I told them I get them at that price every day and I've got them at the same store a month ago for the same price all of a sudden it went up over a dollar a patty they kept telling me no those are for the smaller patties I said no they're not their quarter pounder patties that's all I ever get.

I used app that took 3 months to get enough for the filet fish sandwich. It took my points but didn't go through. I spoke to management. She said the app is acting up there's nothing we can do. It wasn't until I said I would post a review and raised my voice.that she did the right thing as far as customer service and gave me the sandwich the points had been redeemed for. This is ridiculous I shouldn't have to raise my voice or say I'll give bad review to get good customer service. I won't be coming here again.

Ordered a big breakfast and it came out like soup all liquidity from uncooked artificial eggs. It was disgusting went back to return it and get a new one the same thing soupy but this time my biscuit wasn't so soggy so I drained the liquid ate it then 30 minutes later it made me sick. Had to rush to the bathroom. Ive eaten at McDonald's my whole life and this is the first time a McDonald's has made me sick. And that McDonald's pay them well for a job that doesn't take a lot of skills. The employees there are passive aggressive not all of them seems to be the ones that hand out the food. Hopefully they will hire some competent people who cook and prepare the food so it's safe to eat. I seriously doubt I will return to eat at this McDonald's.

I always order the sugar-free iced vanilla coffee at McDonald’s, but it was much darker than expected and didn’t match the picture on the menu. I had to ask for extra syrup to make it lighter and closer to what I usually enjoy. It would be great if the coffee was prepared more consistently with the menu image.

We went through the window and the woman kept cutting us off when we tried to place our order and starting catching an attitude. It’s my birthday at that. We couldn’t get our code to come up and when I was trying to tell her the lady cut me off before I could tell her that. So we had to pull out the lane to get the code get back in the line and I tried to use the 100 dollar bill I had and she said we can’t break that with a grin on her face so I went and added the money on my card and we came back through again even though at this point we didn’t wanna come back, and we ordered our food with her still having an attitude but got to the window and she was a whole different person. So disappointed in this McDonald’s

Placed an order in on the app today. Went to pick it up. The staff said they think they gave the order to the drive thru so they'll remake it. Then they say that the order was actually cancelled. No it wasn't. On the app the status said the order was placed and hadn't moved to prepping the food yet. Only email I had was a confirmation of my order for pickup. Just an absolutely confused and incompetent staff. No hurry. No willingness to figure it out. I have a feeling they didnt want to make the food so they lied and said it was cancelled. I did end up cancelling it myself on the app because it was a $30 order.
I will stick to the Taco Bell next door from now on.
