Momo's Scoops Ice Cream

The ice cream is good and the service is always friendly.

I came in expecting a treat and left seriously disappointed. I ordered a single scoop of ice cream and was given barely half a scoop — for $5.00, no less. Not worth the price at all.
The shop was chaotic. Teenagers were running around the store, hanging out in the back, cursing loudly, and even coloring their hair — all while the employees seemed completely unbothered. No sense of professionalism or customer service.
There are plenty of better ice cream spots out there. I do not recommend this place.

This is the THIRD time I have come here and asked for a crepe, and they “don’t know how to make one” no wonder yall are going out of business. It’s SO annoying!

Mhmmm a local custom gem in Satellite beach, FL! The beachfront location in Atlantic Plaza is perfect & friendly staff! My ice cream was delicious, staff was attentive and I’m definitely coming back for a banana split! 😍😋

We love this place! They had some terrible service for a period of time, but we love the ice cream so much that even that didn’t stop us from coming. I’m happy to find out they got rid of the rude employees!! We came in tonight and megan took care of our 8 orders and it was a very great experience!

Do not recommend this place at all. They were out of soft serve. They had no spoons and these were the tiniest scoops I’ve ever seen. Also she said there was no butter pecan when you could clearly see there was and she didn’t want to scoop it. This was the single scoop for $5 and the teeny sample spoon I had to use. Very disappointing,

Ice cream was soft, not firm, and it started melting immediately. Seems like the freezer temp needs to be lowered. Server was pleasant.

Dropped by this ice cream shop once, last year — and now it’s under new ownership! I just met the new owner and let me tell you, he's a stand-up guy with a real passion for turning this place around.
It’s always exciting to see a local spot get a fresh start, and I’m rooting for him to bring the vibe (and the scoops) back strong! If you’ve been here before and weren’t impressed, like me — give it another shot. You might be surprised. Second chances are sweeter....especially when there’s ice cream involved!

Girl working straight up ignored us, we asked to try one of the ice creams and she didn't respond, didn't come back to us, nothing

Me and my family spent way too much here to only get less than half of scoop of ice cream.

they leave minors alone in the store on their first day, withhold ALL card based tips from the workers, they don't pay the workers minimum wage OR even give them their full paychecks. their manager is too busy degrading the other workers to train them. why support a business that's abusing their workers
