I have never been so disappointed while going out to enjoy myself. In one hour of being a patron of this establishment, from 9 pm to 10 pm, we were over charged more than once. The management on duty needs to veiw the video footage. I have NEVER been "cut" off. I am fully aware of how to read a reciept, know what was ordered, how much was tipped, and how disappointed I am that I am even following through with a Google review. The owner of Pour House should be aware. The management was aweful and did not resolve the issue! Check your receipts!

Place is very clean, no more smoking inside. You can smoke outside. Staff is very friendly. Try it...you may like it.

FIRST TIME THERE WAS YESTERDAY. I NEVER THOUGHT OF GOING THERE UNTIL A FRIEND OF MINE SAID MEET HER THERE. GREAT CLEAN PLACE, NICE POOL TABLES, GREAT KARAOKE AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE WERE GREAT TOO. MET SOME GREAT NEW FRIENDS TOO.

Felt so disrespected tonight at this place. I tried to have a drink, and the Bartender refused to sell it to me…because my ID is a valid passport and visa. I can travel around the whole world using my passport, and have a drink. My husband is an American citizen and he can use his passport anywhere as well. They need more knowledge about the law. I’ll never try to spend my money here anymore.
