Rude workers with NO customer service. All the 1 star reviews listed for this Subway speak volume with truth. At this point, hire new employees!!!! Especially the female that's recorded in another review and the male whose picture was taken in another review.

Very rude! Employee was mad that I came back into the store to have my sandwich remade. She accused me of asking for olives on a sandwich and proceeded to take my sandwich off the counter stating “she will remove them”(saying she wasn’t remaking my sandwich) I said no I didn’t ask for any of that and I’d like a remake. she then got into a verbal argument stating I did and that I was supposed to tell her all items I wanted before she slid the sandwich to the next section along the counter line, along with telling me that they don’t make the sandwiches in the front glass window anymore and she almost didn’t add the following ingredients to my sandwich the second time all because I didn’t tell her at the start when she pulled my bread out. Is this the new thing now at subway. You can’t see your sub being made?! The staff was so rude. I will never go back to this one. That lady needs to be fired. Walked in and the guy said something, but it wasn't the typical "Hello, welcome to Subway." More like "Ughhh." Then we waited for him to finish what he was doing. When he was done, he put the sandwiches in the oven and continued to make more. For 10 minutes, we waited and watched without a single sound coming out of his mouth or him looking up at us. I said to my wife, "Let's go to McDonald's. This is ridiculous." After 2 more minutes, we left. I took his picture as we walked out the door. That was the only time he looked up at us, and he still didn't say a word. Very angry at this Subway.

Aubrey has been serving my husband and I since 2019 . She always has our order correct and memorized. The store is always clean and prepped. Aubrey is a hard worker as I see her working alone making online orders , helping customers in line while multitasking other tasks.

recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the customer service provided by your manager, Aubrey Whiteman. Upon attempting to place my order, I was rushed and belittled by Ms. Whiteman, who demanded to know my order number in a curt and unprofessional manner. When I requested a turkey sub, she again brusquely asked for my order number, proceeding to rapidly rattle off the available toppings in a way that made it difficult for me to clearly respond. I explicitly stated that I did not want tomato or onion, yet when I inquired about pickles upon seeing my sub being wrapped, Ms. Whiteman publicly chastised me, yelling across the restaurant that I should have specified this earlier. I explained that I am more of a visual person and prefer to see the options as I order, but rather than accommodating me, Ms. Whiteman condescendingly told me to "be ready" next time. When I responded that there likely wouldn't be a next time given the poor treatment, she offered no apology or attempt at resolution. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at any food establishment and am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Ms. Whiteman. The way in which Ms. Whiteman interacts with customers is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the Subway brand. I can only imagine the negative impact her management style must have on her employees. I hope to hear from someone regarding this matter soon and have my concerns addressed in a satisfactory manner.

The lady was extremely extremely rude and i got hint of racism from her. Me and my wife was getting veggie sub and when I tell her to put extra inions she literally put 5-6 small pieces which you can’t see that in the sandwich how dumb you can be
