On Oct. 17th, 6 members of our family stopped at Surfin' Turtle for ice cream, as we often do. When using my debit card to pay, I somehow left a much larger tip than would be normal. We were contacted by the owners, (Jason and wife) to let us know. I left the tip I had intended to leave, and they credited my account with the remainder. In knowing this is not normal business practice, I want to praise Jason, and his wife, for running such an ethical business!! We love Surfin' Turtle for their ice cream, but cannot rave enough about there business practice. I will definitely spread the word!!!!

Delicious ice cream, soft serve ice cream, and shaved ice at a fair price. Everyone in my party was satisfied. The four turtles (or tortoises) were a unique and surprisingly fun touch.
Parking: There's not enough spots, and it's easy to get blocked in by the drive-thru line.
Kid-friendliness: This place is all about the kids.

The ice cream wasn't that good. Seemed low quality. Also, the turtle area next to where the seating is smells terrible. The turtle looked dead.
