I haven’t had a good experience here in a long time. Gave them another shot. I ordered a filet, cooked medium. It was very rare. Sent it back. Second time, still very rare except the piece I cut off the first time. Kept that piece and the potato, they took the rest back again. Third time? Still quite rare. I asked the manager if it looked medium to him. He said yes. No wonder the cooks can’t get it right.

The mash potato's were soup, the broccoli was complete mush, beef tips were disgusting the salad was old warm and wilted. So I had bread for dinner. The Operations Mgr. didn't wasn't to hear about my meal, just cut me off and it was back to business we can make you a new one or credit you for next time. She didn't apologize and frankly why didn't she, isn't that usually the first thing she should of done. Wow and she's the Operations Mgr?
