Great location, staff was friendly even with the restaurant being packed and food came out quickly. Went and got take out and I definitely understand given it being new years eve they were super busy and mistakes happen, but my blooming cactus did not have the sauce with it, which is really disappointing because that's my favorite part of the dish. Additionally, I know there is a limit to what you can do to prevent steam making things soggy, but I would have liked to see venting or anything that could have helped for the fries and blooming cactus. However, the buns being wrapped in tin foil without the burger on them was very helpful! Additionally, the rolls being included was nice to see!

I haven’t had a good experience here in a long time. Gave them another shot. I ordered a filet, cooked medium. It was very rare. Sent it back. Second time, still very rare except the piece I cut off the first time. Kept that piece and the potato, they took the rest back again. Third time? Still quite rare. I asked the manager if it looked medium to him. He said yes. No wonder the cooks can’t get it right.
At least they comped the meal, which I barely ate. I’ve never had a chewy filet mignon before, and I was really having to chew on the piece that I kept.
The waiter was great!

First time visit tonight and absolutely sensational food, probably the best steak, ribs and shrimp we've had. Our Waiter Chelsea was brilliant and funny and a real good fun person, also loved the manager coming over and checking how the food was.
Thank you Texas Roadhouse we will return before flying home next week.

My husband and I both agreed that our visit was the best experience that we have ever had at any restaurant… EVER!!
I had my TRH normal, 6 Oz. filet mignon with baked potato and salad. Well cooked, great flavor. My companion was not as fortunate because he said his 13oz sirloin had a funny taste and he experienced stomach issues later.Go with what you know!

I never give bad reviews. But I left a vape on the table, left the building for no longer than 2 minutes. I went back my waitress was amazing, she asked the bus staff where it could be, they said they brought it up front, and the manager, was absolutely rude. Said it must have been thrown away, and the bag was already changed. Withing 2 minutes. She kept shutting up the waitress as she was making the same point i was. If it was brought up to the front why was it thrown away, why so quickly. They made my steak wrong and comped it earlier, so I dont know if it was out of spite, or if she vape and kept it, but she was extremely rude and carless. I will be making further complaints. I didnt vape in the establishment, simply took it out of my pocket and set it to the side. Seemed all staff except for this lady wanted to help me recover my belongings. Unacceptable. And honestly theft.
