The reviews for this location are ridiculous. People just like to complain. In town for an anniversary trip, mobile ordered in the morning and my coffee was ready when I walked in. Staff was friendly. Don't let the negative reviews sway you from not coming.

Currently here now. Ordered two drinks. One took 10 minutes. We waited literally 40 minutes for the second drink. By far the worst experience and rudest staff we’ve ever seen at a Starbucks.

Absolutely horrible place. Overpriced with horrible teammembers and management. I don't see how Starbucks allows them to use there name. They are the worst rated Starbucks for a reason. If you are going to charge outrageous prices at least have great customer service. Nope rude employees that acting like we are a inconvenience to them. Don't go here. Drive 10 more miles and go to a different Starbucks or find a local coffee shop that actually knows how to run a business properly. Hopefully corporate sees how rude and disgraceful they are and won't let them use there name anymore. Don't go here. Listen to all the bad reviews and spend your money else were. Trust me if you go you will regret it.

I'm a local who goes at least twice a week to this location. The workers are kind and I've literally never had a problem. I always order on the app ahead of time and it's always fresh and ready for when I get there. Parking during season is hard but just gotta keep driving until you find one. - not Starbucks fault just common for location.

Their prices are ridiculous! They are 60 % higher than other Starbucks! Didn’t realize it until we had already ordered, but will not be coming back. Many other great coffee shops in the area, or even another Starbucks a couple of miles away.

Only 2 people working. 1 person stood at register and only rang up orders. Sat on his phone waiting for next order. Only 1 girl making drinks. Prices were ridiculously overpriced, even for a tourist town.

I don't understand why this particular Starbucks is 40% to 55% higher than every other Starbucks I visit. Staff is friendly and place is clean. Based on pricing I would give it no stars.

Not good. The service was terribly inattentive and slow. The interior was dirty and in desperate need of a cleaning. The coffee was perfectly fine, as you would expect from just about any Starbucks. But I definitely recommend skipping this location and instead visiting one of the other great coffee shops in town.

Coming from a tourist town in coastal California, I wasn’t expecting an over $3 uncharge per item ($8 base price on what is typically a $5 drink in Monterey, CA edit: looked it up and the same drink is only $7 in Times Square in NYC). The “oh it makes sense because we’re at the beach” logic doesn’t justify this level of price gouging. Capitalism run rampant. Let it pray on you if you’re an idiot, but if not I’d avoid this money grubbing location.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this Starbucks, and it was because of the bad customer service. It was very obvious that the cashier that was taking care of me was very frustrated with the register she was using for some reason, and she already wasn’t very welcoming to begin with. There was something wrong with the register and she couldn’t figure it out so she started slamming on the counter. So most of my time was spent standing behind the counter waiting to pay. The whole exchange was just very uncomfortable, and none of the employees were communicating with each other. And the lady behind me even got her drink before mine, probably because of the lack of communication between all 3 of the employees lol.So yeah, wouldn’t recommend this location. I’m used to the high prices and somewhat long wait times at Starbucks (I’m from Chicago), but I just can’t get past a Starbucks with bad customer service ??‍♀️
