I had the pan seared red fish with roasted vegetables and pineapple fried rice. It was undoubtedly the best dinner I have ever had while visiting Santa Rosa. And I have been coming here over thirty years. This is a restaurant that deserves to be known. The staff are incredible and the food is by far the best in the area! Thank you Zach for helping us today to have the best meal I have ever had here!!

Often, I’m left unimpressed with a lot of the 30-A restaurants as it’s a lot of the same thing, with not a ton of flavor. This is not the case with Daytrader. Everything we ate there was fantastic, super flavorful, and on top of it all, the servers are so kind. Rovel bent over backwards to make sure we had the best service and was so kind to us.

Coming back tomorrow to try more of the menu!

Best food in 30A. Fun cocktails. We came back twice in a three day weekend! Best parts were Maui sliders and cookie colada ??

Best place to eat in Seaside! Been here a few times now and always good food, service and drinks.

Would recommend this over the other options in the area.

Dined here more than one occasion. Always 5 stars for food, cocktails, mocktails, atmosphere, presentation, and service. A completely relaxed atmosphere, plenty of outdoor seating where flip-flops, sand, swimsuits are always allowed with "fine dining" quality without the hassle of "cleaning up" and reservations.

The food was damn good and there were more adventurous options which is hard to find in 30A. Prices were reasonable especially for the portion sizes. Spam musubi was great, as was the curry. Fun cocktails as well.

Daytrader was a delightful and refreshing experience in Seaside! Delicious food and great cocktails. The entire menu is thoughtful and unique. Not your typical beach town fare!

Our server was excellent. She gave personalized recommendations that did not disappoint! The cocktails were top notch. It was nice to hear that they juice everything in house. For food, my husband had the Lobster Tamago and the Snapper. I had the Broccolini Cheddar Poor Boy. All absolutely delectable with perfect proportions. If you are vegetarian, you can’t skip this gem!! I have a hard time enjoying food while traveling and this experience was good for my veggie soul!

We had the pleasure of meeting the executive chef, who clearly has a passion for his work and the people who get to enjoy it. This is an amazing addition to the seaside boardwalk. We can’t wait to go back.

Came to Seaside for vacation and honestly was having a hard time finding good food, until we stopped here. The food here is delicious! The lumpia spring rolls, crispy rice and tuna and their smash burger were the highlights! Their drinks are also delicious! Everyone working was so kind and the place is just beautiful! Highly recommend stopping here for a delicious meal!

It isn’t very often that I have a meal that I’m still pissed off about afterwards. But I ate here three weeks ago and I’m still thinking about it. Which lead me to write this review. It was very hot inside. Which is fine, it’s the beach, the doors are constantly opening, I get it. But it made for an unpleasant experience. Our waitress was numb. The lumpia egg rolls were delicious, however a bus girl tried to take them from us when we weren’t even halfway done. Now for the mains: the fish sandwich was very good. The Korean fried chicken was inedible. I’m talking fried probably four times. Driest chicken I’ve had in my life. I should’ve complained. I am beating myself up that I spent money here. Will not return next time I’m in Seaside.
