They have homemade lunch specials every day and their key lime tarts cheesecake and pastries are amazing!

I highly recommend this place. We just stopped in for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is friendly and the sandwiches are made from scratch in front of you, starting with cracking an egg.

While visiting sebrings historic downtown square we stumbled in to !st Look for a nice iced coffee to sip on while we explored the local shops. We were greeted by a lovely young lady in the cafe( i didnt get her name, but very nice) Then the owner of the cafe and attached real estate office( Ralph Flores) came to greet us. He spoke highly of Sebring and the potential this small town had to offer. My fiancee and I agreed. We were pleasantly suprised with the friendly greetings and all the info we got from Ralph. After a few daysw in sebring we decided to make it our regular get away destination. Ralph offered us his services and gave us his card. When and if we do buy or rent, we will definitely be visiting Mr. Flores first! Thanks Ralph!

Don't let the name and reality office fool you! This place is yummmyyy! Coffee was awesome, and the milkshakes were killer too! Flan was delicious and everything is priced really well! We were only in town for a day, but went back twice!

We moved to Sebring 4 years ago and I missed the local Latin bakeries I had at every turn in my previous hometown Miami. The 1st Look Cafe has not disappointed this transplanted lady living in small town Sebring! The pastalitos and Café con Leche are as good as we could get in Miami (maybe better ?) and go figure, the owners are also from Miami! I highly recommend sitting outside the Cafe on our cute little circle in Downton Sebring and savor the flavors they offer!

The strongest, most delicious Cuban coffee in Florida! Ralph made my husband and I a small but potent, authentic Cubano café before we started our busy day traveling to the coast. This delicious concoction perked us both up better than a Venti Double Shot at you know where. Norah and Ralph and the team at 1st Look Realty will have you coming back for your caffeine fix quicker than you can say "por favor"!

Ralph and Nora have created a nice cafe located inside their real estate office in Sebring’s downtown circle. This is a great business concept, which helps revitalize our downtown area. The sandwiches are made from quality ingredients and the pastries are freshly baked. Their Cuban sandwich is the best I’ve ever had. So thankful to Ralph and Nora for investing in Sebring’s downtown district!!
