I am blessed to be able to spend several weekends a year here. Indra and Melinda at the front desk are world class and always willing to help with a smile. Bridgette and Shelby provide friendly service whether sitting at the bar by myself or at a table with friends. It always feels like home. The wings are great, and table fries are great to get something in your tummy after a day at the track. Thank you Ladies!!!! See you next time!
I always look forward to coming to the apex at Seven Sebring. Brigitte always greets me with a smile and a hug,her craft cocktails are amazing and refreshing after an exciting day at the track.
The Seven Hotel is a great place to stay for track events at Sebring. And we came back to the bar specifically to see Brigitte. What a great bartender! We can’t wait to come back and see her again.
